I had an attempted break in of my RV and the locks were destroyed. They responded after only 19 minutes and wanted pictures, which I sent. More time passed and I just ordered a new locking handle assembly so I could beat the cut off time and get it the next day. Unless you have weeks to wait for a return message, I'd look elsewhere. Corey is awesome! The keys to my '97 4 Runner stopped working at a gas station in Mojave late at night (11PM). The ignition tumblers had worn out so my ignition key didn't work anymore. Our steering wheel was locked and we were not going anywhere. I found Corey and he answered the phone, ready to help! He couldn't meet me at the gas station that night so I found lodging in Mojave and he'd meet us in the morning to start troubleshooting my ignition issues. Even though Corey couldn't immediately fix my car ignition, he was working on our issues, doing a lot of research to ensure he had the right ignition and lock. He even found an alternative part that cost me $50 instead of $500. The next morning we met Corey at our motel and he spent the next hour troubleshooting the issues. He finally got my steering wheel unlocked and installed the new ignition & key assembly. We were ready to hit the road.
