I don't think I've ever been here more than 5 minutes without at least being acknowledged-no matter how busy they were, even if I was looking at cheap stuff. I can't review the service department, as I have no experience with that, but I haven't heard anything negative either. The parts department has been very friendly & helpful on the few occasions I interacted with them The only reason I didn't rate McDuffie's 5 stars is due to my lack of experience with the the service department. That's a critical component when purchasing a $12,000 to $72,000 fishing boat! Having met the owner on several visits I have little doubt that it's run like the rest of his business- a tight ship!
