We visited the shop and they were extremely helpful. They had a good variety of shirts in store and had the proof done quickly. All garments were delivered on time as promised and all fit as they should have. If you aren't required to order from these people with a school, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They clearly…read moreare taking too much on and can't handle it. I dropped my son's backpacks, lunchboxes, and polos to be embroidered with the school logo on 7/16. With previous experience working in an embroidery shop, this process seemed very rushed and not personal at all. Tell them your name, pick between a block or cursive font, and color choice. Didn't ask me about placement, how big I wanted the name, etc. I was told 2-3 weeks turnaround time and that they would call me when it was done. I knew I had plenty of time before the start of school on 8/10. Yesterday was the end of the 3 week mark and I called to get an ETA on when it would be done. The man that answered the phone asked for my information and then came back to tell me it was not ready. I questioned why as this was at the end of the quoted timeframe. He then went into telling me that they embroider for 5 schools and everyone wants their order ready. What does this have to do with me? He also made a sly mark about people waiting until the last minute, which I did not given 2-3 weeks turnaround time would be ready before school. He was incredibly rude, with a smart tone and wouldn't give me any answers. He just kept repeating "we will call you when your order is ready." I asked him if I should call again tomorrow and his response was "no, do not call tomorrow" in a horrible tone. I then asked him if he could look up when I dropped it off, he placed me on hold and after 10 minutes I called back. Seems like he just wanted to get rid of me. A girl answered the phone the 2nd time and was able to tell me it wouldn't be done today, but would be the following day. This is all I was needing was an understanding of when my order would be ready, not to wait for a call!!! I get that they are stressed during a busy season, however as someone who is going off of what I was told and spend $140 I would expect a much higher level of customer service. My husband just picked up the order and the font on the backpack and lunchboxes are LAUGHABLE!!! They are so small, and not at all where I told them to place the names. You can barely see them over the graphics and I pointed to much bigger font size on the paper sheet. The backpack was marked with a piece of tape (not a white pencil) so I'm sure it was ripped off. I'm so very disappointed in this experience and the quality of my order after spending so much money. I've received better from the mall embroiderers! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I will say that I have been dealing with Phyllis for many many years. Maybe 15 or so and she…read morenormally gives me a good product. But, she has messed up and fixed most of them. This time however she went way out there and changed something that to me were huge. First I have always got the same shirts a light gray with front pocket and my logo on the back. This time I ordered we both had to go from memory and she looked it up I thought. First the quality of the shirt was less then normal. They are much thinner but I have noticed that most t-shirt these days. Then there was no pocket on the front and my loge was shrunk by almost half. I wasn't a happy camper and she hasn't returned my calls. So I guess next time I'll go somewhere else.
