I don't peticularly care for sneakers, but since they offered some without laces, I could get used to them. It was a big, neatly organized store with great customer service experience. The older guy that was in there putting stock up was an ass. Usually the young kids who work in the afternoon are ok. Loosen up and recognize who shops here for a purpose repeatedly. Crazy crazy crazy time to go... 1 week before school starts…read more Why ohhhh why do we do this to ourselves? The Sunday that is just one week away from when school starts and we decide to go to the outlet mall to get back to school clothes! Duh!! There was not much to choose from for my oldest... fortunately or unfortunately he can now wear a mens small! Man he is growing up!!! If not for that it would have been hard to find anything in his size. These days it's all about the under armor... that is all both of my boys want to wear. So we braved it... it took a while to sort through the carnage... but we accomplished our goal. 5 new complete outfits for school. That with the stuff he already has and he should be set as long as he doesn't have another growth spurt. The store was way busy... and all of the employees were trying to recover from the onslaught of shoppers. Constantly folding and straightening... it was all but a lost cause. We truly had to hunt for sizes for my son. Like a caveman with a spear we were tracking down the elusive and rare boys XL or men's small. When we found one we jumped on it! Then when it came time to check out it was time to wait in the line of purgatory. To the stores credit they literally brought all hands on deck and not one register was not humming! It went from a 5 alarm fire to the smoldering aftermath in just a short time. If not for the fact that it was a constant hunt and peck for stuff that would fit my oldest this would be a 5 star rating! No smalls I'm men's shorts or pants and no Xlarge in boys shirts or shorts. A shirt from this side pants from this side... match this with that and go back and forth. In the end we made it happen though.

I have spent quite a bit of time buying things to them, but I never will again. They don't stand behind their products if it's 30 days out. Horrible customer service.
