I really enjoyed myself here. I have a limited vegetarian menu but everybody coming here should be able to find something to eat. And they have a great menu with a lot of different foods on it. I know for pescatarians and for vegetarians it may be a little strange to find that eats of fries, onion rings, spinach artichoke cheese dip was pretty good if you like cheesy. read more

Love the uniqueness of decor!! The theme definitely fits the name of the restaurant. Waitress was great once we got her! It took her quite a while to come back once we were done and they weren't really crowded. The food was cool. The toasted ravs were nice and crunchy just like I like them, no complaints there. The sandwiches were all 3 cooked to perfection and the cheese was melted perfectly. I loved the thick cut bacon. It was AMAZING. Where the food lacked was flavor. I have been on the hunt for a place with good chicken wings, so through a Google search, I found this place. The atmosphere has a unique, laid-back neighborhood bar feel. I had no problem ordering or picking up the correct order. We got a burger entree and an order of wings breaded and unbreaded to try both. The burger was an average edible burger. The wing sauce (hot) was fairly good the first day. I came back the next day, but it seemed different. I asked for breaded, but some were breaded while others were not. This measure of inconsistency gave me a sense of kitchen carelessness and kind of spoiled my appetite. All I can say is, "I tried." read more

Total of 20 wings to taste test. Hot honey wings came and the only thing that was hot, was the temperature. There was hardly ANY flavor. Same with the bourbon and Hot. Asked for the "hurt me" sauce. And this literally was all butter and few dashes of hot sauce. No joke. My ranch dressing was spicier than this. Cuginos wings are way better. Even Pirrones wings are better. Salad and dressing served wasn't cold. It was weird as you expect to have a cold salad. Beer was good though. So that's why 2 stars. If you are looking for good wings... For as long as I've been going to the Locker Room, I've never been disappointed. The food is great and so is the service. It's never too crowded and it's a family friendly atmosphere. Additionally, I've never had a meal that wasn't cooked perfectly. This is the go-to place for me and my husband when we want a great burger, hot wings, nachos, or even a salad. They have awesome fried chicken a couple of days a week, as well as some other great weekly specials. The weekend breakfast menu is also great and it's so much easier to get into the Locker Room than other breakfast places in the area. A real neighborhood gem. read more

The quintessential North County sports bar. I've come here to watch sporting events of every stripe, and it's been fun every time. Cold beer, fun sports memorabilia, nice people. There is but one distinguishing characteristic, and it's a biggie: The wings. These wings are so good you'll slap your date. These wings are so good there should be a James Beard Award category created for wing chefs, and then retired, because whoever perfected these would win it every time. My husband and I were there on Sunday for the NFL Playoff games and was taken back how much our bill was. One special was a pizza burger with fries and cost $10.00. The burger was bland, had very little sauce and cheese. Not much taste at all. The spinach dip w/chips was ok. The chips were stale though. Had a special on buckets but the bill didn't portray that along with the alcohol drinks. We had not been there in a while and was surprise how much all the items went up in price. This is one of my favorite places in the whole world. Unassuming dive? Yes. Hidden gem? YES. I am pretty sure the Locker Room has been in Florissant forever. I know it was there my whole childhood. My parents never took the family there much when we were younger but as a teen my friends and I started frequenting it. Now I am a semi-regular, even now that I've moved from the area. Before the smoking ban, the Locker Room was one giant smoking area. Now those smokers have some picnic tables outside and the place is a bit quieter and sadly less busy then it used to be. This is a classic old school sports bar. They have an obnoxious baseketball throw game and another game or two for the inevitable kids that run around while their parents drink. The place is set up with a "pit" of seats in the middle that is lower and a row of booths against the windows and a row of tables higher up on 2 sides, the bar on the third, then the biggest TV and bathrooms, etc on the fourth wall. Don't think they've redecorated in 20 years either. The railing for the higher level is made of baseball bats and sports memorabilia and photos decorate every square inch of the walls. A good number of the TVs hanging up are still crappy CRTs. But if there's a big game on you better come over an hour early or you won't get a table! The booths are all wooden and to be honest, not super comfortable. But they are my favorite spots. I have spent countless hours in those booths enjoying some of the best grub Florissant has to offer. The staff is always wonderfully sweet - and they always do their best to be attentive even if they fall short sometimes. I've never had bad service though and my food has always been hot and delish. You can expect cheap drafts during games - usually $2 for Buds. Makes it a great Cardinals game spot. The food - 100% bar food here. Some of the best wings I've ever had. Seriously, if you like wings - GET THESE! So meaty and just awesome. Fried cheese balls are also good-come in cheddar and pepper jack. Avoid potato skins, have been blah in my experience. Chili rocks! AThe beef and cheese on texas toast rocks my world - it is probably one of the best things ever. Their fries are the crinkle cut ones, kind of a bummer to me, but they offer some pretty tasty chips instead if you're into that. And this place has funnel cake! I know it's just a frozen thing they fry for a couple minutes but still - it's awesome to drown your sorrows when the Cardinals lose game 7 to the Giants with FUNNEL CAKE. They also serve up a pretty cheap burger. They have been attempting to expand their menu a bit too lately but I have not ventured out from my staples to try the new stuff yet. If you are a local to Florissant or somehow get lost and find yourself out there, do yourself a favor and hit up Locker Room for a cold beer and some awesome low brow grub. Just note that if it's not football season, they may not be open on Sunday! read more

Arguably the best bar food in Florissant if you hit a good day. Sometimes the food isn't as good as it is other days. The soups are consistently amazing. They are a little pricey, but you do get a nice portion. I would recommend the Beef and Cheese, Ham and Cheese, Nachos, Cheeseburgers, Reuben and Patty Melt. They use Provel cheese like a religion which is something any St. Louis restaurant should. The bar is good, but not if you don't like kids. Some nights the kids running around is pretty annoying, but not a deal breaker. Make sure you don't sit next to the basketball machine in the corner. 4 stars for the portions and Provel cheese. Would be 5 if they were consistent. Daily soups get 5 stars read more

Went here for 1st time and was very happy with food, service and atmosphere. It's a nice sports bar that is perfect for a casual date or time with family. It was not loud which lends to easy conversation. Our server was very sweet and made sure we never ran out of beer. I had a hamburger which was perfectly cooked. Fries were good... Nothing exciting but they sure served their purpose. You have to be okay with a few kids running about, especially in the early evening hours... But they were not too bad. Yes... Well where to start, firstly this is a seat yourself dinner/sports bar, it isn't quite sure which it wants to be. Every time i have been here, our food takes sometime to come out, but OH IS IT WORTH THE WAIT BABY. them wings touch yo mouth and mmmm home girl the spice makes me cry harder than i did at the end of Marley & Me. That burger grease quenches ya thirst you don't EVEN NEED the water. The fries enter your mouth and oH MY LORD it's like the gates of heaven just opened in front of you.
