I've been going here for the past 8-9 years but I've finally had enough and won't go here anymore…read more I went for a mani/pedi (w dip on my fingernails) the day before leaving on a 3 1/2 week vacation out of the country. Within a few days of the vacation (on a cruise), I had a nail chip & break. This was the first of 5 nails chipping/cracking and breaking. I spent way too much time on vacation messing w my nails - gluing & filing trying to save what was remaining. They looked awful! When I went in after vacation, Donna gave a quick sorry as she did my nails. I think the problem was the previous person was dipping several fingers in a row vs. one finger at a time. However, Donna didn't seem like it was that unusual or apologetic. when she finished my nails & had me wait 7 minutes before leaving. Later I discovered my thumb nails were smudged and clumpy -- again I'm filing & fixing my nails. This was the last straw -- I'm done with them. Previously during a pedicure, they have jabbed under my big toe nail so bad it bled and hurt for awhile, they've cut my fingers when filing, etc. It seems like they've just gotten too rough (from hurrying?). Plus, I think they try to hurry and dip several fingers in a row vs. doing one finger at time. It's a shame, they are nice people.

I booked a pedicure service, and the three foot spa/sink areas were all out of service. My foot soak was in a shallow plastic dish of cold water. The top of my feet were exfoliated, presumably because it was all that could be easily rinsed. I am not sure what the issue was, but there was not hot or running water. They should not be offering this service as listed. It is a misrepresentation. I was charged $58 for the service, so with tip, I paid nearly $90 for a spa pedicure service that I could have done at home, but with hot water. I felt terrible for the young nail tech because she was truly fabulous and clearly making the best of what her employer had available; but she's never going to be able to build a book of business without functioning spa equipment. The actual polish service was pristine and will probably last a few months or more. I would absolutely book a service with the tech again, if she moved to another spa. However, even if the owner decided to bring her business out of disrepair, I'm not sure I'd return because of the bait and switch, and willingness to destroy that young woman's early professional development.

But they did my nails really good the price was pretty affordable and I got a full set of tip nails and a design and it was $70 so no to bad. The music was relaxing and the atmosphere was very pleasing!! And my nails look very natural and very good I'd say they did a wonderful job!!
