I called back spoke with Eli who told me to come back but I was going out of town that evening and wouldn't be back for 2 weeks. He said when I get back to call and make an with him. Something happened while I was out of town so I couldn't come back on until a few days ago I called today he says it's been too long. He can only give me 25% off my service. The nails looked so bad I took them off the day after I made it to my out of town destination because People kept saying "I see it's time for you to get a fill". I hope their poor customer service was worth losing a customer. This was my 3rd visit. I had recently started getting my nails done because I loved the dipped powder and thought this was going to be my regular place. She recommended the dip powder. I've had it done before but I'm picky. Some people can't seem to do it right but Suzy did an awesome job! No bumps or issues.
