I needed them to call in an RSV vaccine prescription to HEB pharmacy - I called at 8 am and when I went to the pharmacy at 140 pm they still hadn't done it. I called Happy Health and they did it in 10 minutes. I am going to be transferring my primary care to Happy Health. As everyone there from the receptionist to the doctors treat their patients like important customers. I'd give them a zero if there was a star that low.

I made an appointment for my baby due to his chest congestion and allergies running havoc, I go in and they make me wait 2 hours in the waiting rm when they finally call me in and make me wait another hour in the next rm. A total of 3 hours waiting to be seen and still nothing. We skipped breakfast just to get ther early and now it was twenty after one and still no sight of a doctor! I kept seeing nurses and doctors going in and out of the clinic with gift bags and platters, so I'm thinking they are off partying in a conference rm, which I over heard one of the nurses say she was heading while my 3 kids are waiting on me to feed them brkfast a 1:30 pm! Needless to say I walked out fo the rm and asked for a refund and told them how ridiculous it was to have to wait 3 hrs to be seen and yet no sign of a doctor.
