When I visited her and the brand-new facility, I was astounded by the setting, the cost, the clean restrooms, the well-kept units, and the staff's professionalism and friendliness. This location is among the greatest in Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes. I absolutely recommend it. The fact that they genuinely care about their clients is what caught my attention. I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere in the front lobby, which includes coffee, water, pastries, and more. What a wonderful location. P.S. I am shocked to see how negative remarks were made in the previous feedback, with which I absolutely disagree. Don't keep your storage unit for longer than 6 months. After that, they will try to hike your rent…read moreevery 3 months. I had been with this storage space for over 10 years before they sold out to Public Storage. I had taken small increases over the years and completely understood that costs had gone up. After PS purchased the storage units, they tried to raise my rent 30%. I complained and they gave me a 6 month reprieve. After 6 months, they jacked up my monthly rent 44%. I tried to call again, but the "manager" said his hands were tied by corporate. I tried the 800 line and the first person told me her computer stopped working and tranferred me into a black hole. The second attempt, I was explaining the issue to the customer service agent and she hung up on me. the third call, the lady flat out told me we are not reducing your rent. Even though I had just reserved an identical unit across from mine for the amount I was originally paying. She told me it was an Internet Special, to which I informed her that I had called to make that reservation. She proceeded to tell me I was welcome to move forward with the other unit and move all my stuff into that unit. Luckily, after 10 years, I don't have much use for the items in there anymore, so I have started disposing of everything. So, instead of working with a good customer of 10 years, they will get nothing. That makes me happy.
