Started out good. Was able to accommodate a one day change in date of services. I confirmed via email and text the day before scheduled services. Was told the movers would arrive between 8a-9a on Saturday and would call me when they left the yard (in Tampa). 9:30a came and went - no calls. I called 4 times, texted twice, emailed. Nothing. As I searched for other movers the crew calls and says they're on their way to Seminole. They sent a two-man crew instead of a three man crew. The guys who showed up were very nice. Great representation of their company. However, I never received any communication from the company, nor any apologies (until after I posted this review). The crew told me that they had a scheduling issue and that they didn't have any crew available for me and they were supposed to be working at the warehouse today but got put on my job. It took 2.5 hours to unload the truck into the storage unit. I bought lunch for the two nice guys who showed up. I went to pay and was charged an additional $738. I asked the crew lead if I was only charged for two man crew because the original estimate was a three man crew and he said yes it's a two-man crew. After I paid I checked my original estimate and they charged me for a three man crew. I have emailed and texted the owner and I have received NO communication. I understand it's the weekend, but as a business owner, reputation is everything. He could've at least apologized via text, email, or phone call and he could've at least responded to my inquiries about being overcharged. At the end of the day I paid almost $1000 for a 2.5 hour moving job! After I posted this review I heard from them finally at 8:40p on a Saturday night. They refunded $175 for the 2man crew. Total move cost was $760 for 1 hr 38 min drive time, and a 2 hr 45 min move. Tipped $120 cash for the 2 man crew.

One guy was complaining and slacking the entire move, the other guy was like he needed a babysitter to tell him everything to do throughout the whole move. The head guy finally told us this is not how we usually work, they sent me out with 2 first day trainers. I will call the office to get some money taken off. Because of the incompetent movers they sent the move took 10 hours, one guy quit and the owner had to come out to help finish our move. They broke several of our items and didn't say anything. On the plus side, the two guys who came to my house, Ferdinand and Green, hustled from start to finish and it was over 5 hours total for loading, transport and unloading. On the down side, the sales process while smooth and very corporate, lacked some communication with their team on the ground. For example, the booking team specifically said to leave drawers in dressers. The movers were shocked as they would always prefer less weight. Would I use them again? Probably. But I would prefer an actual mover to do the estimate instead of someone over the phone sight unseen. Even a FaceTime or similar video app that would allow for a visual could go a long way towards aligning everyone's expectations.
