Everything about this order was wrong, the customer service…read moreagent stated fees incorrectly, after I verified the first payment on the order confirmation, there was an order change online that I wasn't notified of. When expecting a $400 bill for delivery, nearly $3k was taken from my account (charged for transport to final destination before it was ever delivered). The delivery instructions didn't clearly explain clearance. After rep looked at photo of property, I was told to clear tree branches from over the driveway which I did. However, when driver arrived, he said I needed to cut back another 3 feet into the yard and he was not able to wait for the time to do it. Also booked an additional container for yard placement, paid an additional fee for non-concrete surface and driver very clearly stated that they don't place on lawns (for over a year). The rep included instructions to place on lawn in front of door so he clearly confirmed something totally inaccurate. Driver then cancelled my order since I was on hold over 20 minutes, appreciated at the time, but now my money has yet to be refunded (minus cancel fee). Customer service appears to promise the world and all lies to make sale! Unable to reach customer service via chat or phone. Couldn't reschedule until well past the closing date. Fortunately we found another solution. Feel taken advantage of at a very expensive time. Would recommend exploring other options. Bright spot was our driver, Jesse. He tried very hard to help, despite issues beyond his control that were promised to make a sale and we're grateful for that.
