He is able to do great work on numerous genres of music from rap to Latin to rock. I would most definitely refer anyone I know looking for a good recording studio to come to Nick at Suburban Soul. He loves what he does and knows his stuff. His pricing is fair as well. The studio is spacious, clean and comfortable. There's wifi and a little kitchen area for those long hours of hanging around between recording. Nick coordinated the mixing with band members scattered across the country with aplomb. Not only did he get the sound we wanted, he made a few key suggestions that really helped with certain songs. Further, he was able to work with our schedule and still produce a product that we were really proud of. I would definitely recommend Nick and Suburban Soul to anyone in the area. As a matter of fact, even though I'm in Northern CA now, if I needed to record, I might just travel down to work with him again.

After leaving, I was repeatedly asked to rebook, instead of being asked how the session went. Bad vibes kill creativity. I would never go back. UPDATED Feb 1-11:24pm After leaving this review, the owner Elliot messaged me AGAIN on Instagram. Took zero accountability and only cares about his image. NOT the client. To address your comment, I asked for a discount, cuz your interns run the session. As Indie artists we have to fight to protect a space we paid for. Often times we don't have other options in the area so we suck it up, but no more! This is not a good studio. I would not go back. Look at how he responds to feedback...
