Hello World! This is Shirley K. Rodgers writing to you. Hope everybody is well and safe! I must start out by saying...normally, I don't do reviews. But, after networking and recording with a professional producer, Rich Wenzel, I had to look up Yelp*. Wow! I'm so glad that I did. Where do I start? Well, I'll sum it up by saying....Ardent Studios is the place! Especially working with Rich. Yes...It is definitely the place anyone would want to be when they are ready to rehearse or record, etc. As we all know, there are many studios out there--but, to sum it up--are you really interested in just the studio or the professionalism coming from the Producer, Engineer and experienced lad. Rich...is the man! Even though he is an older gentleman (that may move a little slower at times--don't let that fool you--He is a man full of experience and knowledge) Rich is the only one that I go to when I need my recording project done right and my tracks laid down and my time at the studio. Let me tell you just some of the reasons why...besides the fact of having great sound equipment and the fact that he charges minimum to master your sounds. 1) Rich knows his _ _ _ t! Well, yeah!!! Duh!!! He is great at what he does and is very patient and kind 2) He is reasonable and affordable 3) Has up-to-date and state of the art equipment 3) Is...oh...patient and easy to work with and 4) Will have your sounds ready in little or no time and sounding the "bomb!" I mean the bomb!!! I just finished up my recording project and Rich kept me informed of what was going on with my project all along the way from day one until the end. Seriously, I would highly recommend this guy to anybody. I really loved the atmosphere so much...until it made me feel at home. Having recorded here a few times now, I definitely can say each time was a positive, creative and professional experience! Rich really knows what he's doing and it is quite refreshing as I've been to other studios as a guest. I've worked with Rich Wenzel from way back. We recorded my 1st album, released in 1988 together and have recorded 2 subsequent albums at Ardent Audio Productions with Rich Wenzel at the helm, again, as my Producer and Arranger. We are currently in the process of recording my 4th album. The studio is large enough for rehearsal space, in a convienent location, parking directly in front, making it easy to unload equiptment. I highly recommend this studio. I highly recommend Rich as a Recording Engineer, Muscian (Excellent Piano and Keyboard Player) and 1st and foremost, his professional approach to Producing and Arranging music. I would have given 5 stars, but that would be obvious. I just want to be honest and from the heart.
