My husband could not even turn his neck to drive, let alone sleep. I suggested Lockport Chiropractic, with the help of Dr. Radcliffe who completely explained the problem, He is now pain free. Dr Radcliffe not only adjusted him, but gave him excersizes to do AT HOME, and a great chiropractic cushion to use. All these things have helped him greatly. I went to see Dr. Radcliffe for an adjustment because I was a little sore and thought he could help me but after 100.00 in xrays and 60.00 for an office visit I felt worse than I ever did! I called in tears and he had me come back and charged me another 60 bucks to fix what I think he messed up! He taped my neck up and when i removed the tape off came a chunk of my skin with the tape! I went to someone else and they fixed my issue right away! If xrays were so important I shouldn't have been messed up even worse after 1 visit! Stay away! read more

I was charged about $600 for 3 days of service, but the office of Dr. Radcliffe has yet to explain any of those charges. I would not advise to go here at all. For many, many reasons. First: The managers in all of Dr. Radcliffes locations treat their employees like crap. I've heard the conversations that go on, and there is A LOT of favoritism. Favoritism that often leads to losing your job. Which is down right wrong! No one should lose their job because your boss likes one person better than the other, and not based on their level on expertise in the field. Bullshit. Second: Ever since I've gone there. I have had more back problems than before. They do not take care of you correctly. Third: This may be because they treat their employees poorly and that aggression towards their boss ends up on you. Whenever they set you up for a back exercise or traction. They do the WORST job. And it's so bad, that it could cause more back problems than before!!!! Final reason: They take your money. They continually assume, this is the Only and right chiropractic place for you which makes you assume, Oh? Okay let me just keep giving you 100, 200, 600 dollars when you ask for it. If there is a good review it is probably from one of the many girls who works for him.. they are unclear as to how much you will really pay and they are deceiving and manipulating. Wow! Sometimes people go way above and beyond what your expectations are of them and Dr. Radcliffe and his staff is a wonderful example of this. I was in pain and was leaving the next day for a trip where I would be driving for an extended period of time. I called a friend who highly recommended Dr. Radcliffe. She said he was amazing so my expectations were high but he did not disappoint. When I explained the situation I was give an appointment for 3 hours after my phone call! That in itself is amazing. The atmosphere is very positive. Every employee I came in contact with greeted me with a handshake and a genuine smile. It felt like they all wanted to be there and you don't see that very often anymore. Dr Radcliffe took the time to explain the mechanics of the spine and spinal cord and showed me how everything worked. He not only did adjustments but he also took me over to the gym area and somebody showed me exercises and techniques to help keep me out of pain on my trip as well as taped my back to help with the car ride. I was so relieved to wake up the next day to no back pain. I was hoping to just be in less pain but I was so surprised and relieved to have no pain. Thank you Dr. Radcliffe and your staff! This is a high pressure clinic. Candace at the front desk was extremely high pressure. I suspect she receives a bonus for forcing people to make up missed appointments. This was my experience. This has been my first experience with a Chiropractor, and right away I felt comfortable. Candace at the front desk couldn't be nicer, amazing at knowing every single name that walks thru the door. I saw Dr. Ratcliffe for back pain from an auto accident and was pleased to know he specializes in that area. Wow is he thorough on the first visit, which is what I expected. He's very caring and takes the time to both explain things to you and listen. His staff has always been upbeat with a smile and great energy. By the end of my first week my back felt 90% better! Side Note: Early on, in between my initial meeting and my first visit with treatment, my back was seizing up at work BADLY and they were so accommodating to fit me in - their massage professional saved me! (and my Superbowl weekend). I like that the office has all the necessary machines, devices, x-ray, etc etc right there. Completely satisfied so far in my treatment. AND they were willing to work thru my auto insurance, which I've gotten so many "No's" from other Drs throughout this ordeal. read more

The entire staff here is a friendly caring team determined to improve your health in all aspects. I first came here thinking that I would need back surgery. Dr. Radcliffe was able to explain to me how the pain was actually caused by a muscle in spasm, caused by a prior back strain---so no surgery! Instead I was treated for several weeks and the pain completely faded away. That was years ago. I have returned for different issues over the years and recently received a lot of help recovering from a serious bout of Rheumatoid Arthritis. In addition to adjustments and massage therapy I was offered both nutritional guidance and supplements to help me recover based on my rheumatologist's lab reports. Even though I started out in such severe pain that I had trouble walking, the staff was always encouraging me that I could recover my prior abilities given time. Sure enough, I am now pain free enough to go line dancing and take Zumba classes! I have had a lot of back pain from a herniated disk for over 10 yrs. They were recommended by 2 people so i decided to do something about it. They are not just about adjustments.....they are about rehab. With multiple first visits, and no financial plans or pressure.....theywanted to see how I would respond. They worked up a plan for me and I agreed. They do spine rehab with strength training which is a correct approach. The person who said he is all about the money is funny. They treat my daughter every time I go in at NO COST. All about the money huh? They have a top notch facilitity with more than top notch people working there. Do you think all of that runs for free?
