The employees are all well-trained so they know their stock (which is amazing in its variety), and take the time to help you with your particular issue. In one instance, their price was less than it was on amazon and i walked out the door with what I needed without having to wait for a delivery. I ddnt bother checking amazon for the other item. They don't do high pressure up-selling but are happy to answer any questions I may have. When I bought my latest machine from them, the therapist was very knowledgeable about the products they offer. She had me try different masks until I found the one that fit comfortably. On this visit they reminded me that my insurance will pay for a new machine next year. Until they told me that, I had no idea how often I can replace my machine. I recommend Pro-2 but if you need to be fitted for a new mask or are buying a new machine, you should call them to schedule an appointment. I never have had a problem just walking in to buy supplies.

I was told when I bought that there was no return unless it didn't work. the heating pad has 4 temp. settings...warm, low, medium, high. I had put it on the highest yet the heat was not that great. The pad was tested and manager told me the heating pad worked and refused to refund and kept on insisting I said it did not work. I corrected her several times when she insisted it worked but that I had said it did not. i repeated to her that at no time did I say it did not work but that the heat amount on high is very low. if it is that low on max I asked her what amount of heat is given off on low and medium.? She chose to ignore the question but just kept on insisting that I said it did not work...which I never ever did. She told me that it is the heat level set up by the company. i then suggested since others have complained about the same issue maybe she, as the manager, should contact the company to add a sticker on the box " minimum heat emitted on max" or at least have one heating pad available for customers to try. Maybe that would make customers the priority.

Karen was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped me find a completely different brace which happened to be over-the-counter. And economical in price. Lucky me! I found much relief with this simple pull on knee brace. I've been using it since I left the store couple days ago. It has reduced my pain level and dysfunction. I really was impressed by the Customer Service and knowledge of the staff here. As well, I bought a shoe insert at the same time. And this too is helping my left foot quite a bit with a nerve and plantar fasciitis problem. I'd definitely go back here if needed.
