I still use the unit to this day (7 years later) for my lawn roller, leaf collector, dump cart, salt spreader, and a sulky. I walked in and told them the deal to be surprised with top notch customer service- not to mention a natural behind the scenes look at their whole process! Which is a well oiled machine! Huge set of resources with a magnitude of people for each job. I was impressed by retail floor / availability of crew for greeting and with the behind the scenes crew. I wish I remember his name, but this one guy tuned my wheelchair for full power- and his moments of expertise made the world of difference. Never too late for a 5 star review..

They scheduled pickup for the following day between 10am-2pm. I waited and called at 1:30 to confirm. They said I was on the schedule. They did not come. I called the following day... SAME experience. And again the following day! They finally came LATE on day 8 after my initial call. Yesterday I received a bill for another month of service because "I kept the equipment into July". They also still have my husband in their system as alive and using oxygen. I am angry with the horrible customer service, inept system and lack of sensitivity. They actually asked to speak to my husband for permission to discuss the account. I hope there are other options for families needing this equipment for their loved ones.

Then there was a glitch where joystick out of center came up about 20 times when I was stopped and not touching it. It updated and powered off well I was using it. 2) The chair itself is unsafe the company has sent people out to fix it multiple times * because the side pieces that hold me up are constantly falling off * the right arm is going to fall off * the joystick had to be replaced * and more they don't believe in paperwork (showing there were repairs) so I couldn't lemon law my wheelchair. When I first got the chair the seat cover ripped right at the seams which is covered by warranty but my insurance still payed for a new one. Now I'm waiting on knew motors on a 1 year old chair. The batteries needed to be replaced at 6 months, and aren't working correctly now.

Due to the extreme weather this winter due to ice and cement shifting the lift had to be re-adjusted ever so slightly. One phone call that same day brought Kevin and Kevin over to re-align the elevator and at NO charge. That was them standing behind the product. I am still amazed that I got a 2007 Honda Odyssey VMI adapted van, with only 16,000 miles on it, purchased, added remote start and trucked to Texas all for under under $30,000. I am certain that virtually every other dealership would've been asking at least $32,000. just for the van. I was fortunate enough to have somebody local available to inspect it, and salesman Don Dohse even put it up on the lift so he could check the underside, I made my purchase with no qualms. While the price is great, getting such superb customer service, from deposit, through paperwork to getting it transported, really made the entire experience wonderful and stress-free!
