We kept calling and calling to see if it was ready, to get it back, but it was never ready. It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. After we were done, they came back on a later day and picked it up. Both drop off and pick up were a 5min process. The machine operated with no issues.
