They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. Bottom line, I went through the phone book and ended up calling "Wire Electric". The initial conversation went well. I was advised that there was a dispatch fee of $49.00 and that the job price would be determined on site. I had to reschedule due to conflicts with my daughters' work schedule and it was not an issue even though it was last minute. Game day. Electrician calls and says he can be at my house within 30 minutes if that's Ok - he was scheduled for much later. He, Dave, shows up and had the problem figured out within about 30 minutes. Faulty breaker and some other electrical stuff that I can't comment on because I don't understand it. Bottom line. Total job cost me $267.00 including the dispatch fee. I was seriously having night sweats thinking about what this might cost. Excellent service, great price and I hate to say this but Dave was super good looking! He even held his composure when my grand-daughters asked him if he was their Dad!

We called over and over again for months and were given countless excuses around the admin being on vacation, someone was busy and would call us back, etc. The paperwork was never filed and the house was never inspected which has now prevented us from switching the electric over to a new tenant. The electrical work may be decent quality but their office staff is completely incompetent which affects scheduling, permitting, billing, etc. Edited to add: we had this work done over 8 months ago and have contacted the office over 10 times to get them to file the correct paperwork and schedule the inspection. They never did it. We scheduled it ourselves within 5 minutes on Thursday with the village of Kenmore and they came by the next day. Skip over this electrician.
