If no stars was an option, that is what I would give Derek and Skura's Power Equipment. I was…read moreforced to go to Skura's because they are the only authorized service provider for Greenworks equipment. After 9 months, (my ordeal started 12/12/25) I can confidently say that if you want a service shop that lies about communications with companies, blames all issues on the Greenworks company and takes no blame for their own lack of customer service skills, then Derek is your guy! He would tell me that Greenworks gave him information and prohibited him from contacting me to relay that information. I would then follow up with Greenworks and in their records, they have the date of calls and what he was instructed to do. Turns out, Derek was a liar on multiple occasions. And when he is called out for lying, he digs in and blames Greenworks. I am doing my best to encourage Greenworks to end their contract with Skuras because all Skuras does is give false information and when they are confronted with facts, they blame everything on Greenworks. Why you want someone like that servicing your equipment and representing your company, I do not know. I did not choose Skuras, they were forced on me as the only Greenworks service repair shop within 3 hours of me. If you have a choice, you would do yourself a service and go elsewhere for your servicing and repairs. Derek is dishonest, does not return calls, and accepts no responsibility for his wrong doing. He is a typical Bad Business man who needs to do better or hire an honest secretary who can deal with the customers and e mails and calls for him- he should not be allowed to even answer the phone. I called on Monday about my machine that he has had at his shop since April only for him to tell me it would be returned to me, still broken. Greenworks told me that they told him back in April to return my machine unfixed and that it was "Normal". Derek claimed that Greenworks prohibited him from contacting me and that they would call to make arrangements for the return of my machine. So NO ONE called me- Greenworks or Skura's and I knew nothing about a final decision being made until I called Skyura's this Monday, 7/27/26. Greenworks confirmed that Derek was told in APRIL to return my machine and he had to call to make those arrangements. Derek's biggest statement is "we are a small company and it is busy and lawn mower season...." So right there he is admitting the failure of his business. If you don't have the time to properly communicate with your customers, things need to change. Derek, you are a liar and you need to start accepting blame for your lies and the consequences. Shame on you. And now I am supposed to trust that Derek did his due diligence in fixing my machine? And trust him to safely return it, in the same state it was in when he took it? Yeah, wish me luck with that.

They dropped off the bobcat, gave a quick tutorial on operation, and left it to us. After we were done, they came back on a later day and picked it up. Both drop off and pick up were a 5min process. The machine operated with no issues. This specific machine was able to retract its tracks so that it could fit through small spaces (fence gate, in our case). Would gladly rent from Bobcat of Buffalo in the future.

We were on a tight budget and the deductible for the damage put my account in the red. I called Bobcat and spoke with Mike Freundschuh about my rental and he refunded me the entire deductible! In these hard times, I don't know if I would have been able to bounce back from this or at least at the point my business is at, I would definitely recommend Bobcat of Buffalo to anyone looking to rent a heavy duty machine you can count on to get the job done. They have a very respectful and understanding team and I would not go anywhere else!

Stopped in to buy a particular brand zero turn mower after doing my own research. Talked with the…read moreowner a while about my yard size, desired equipment, and expectations of said equipment. He gave me a no BS assessment and recommended certain types of machines based on my expectations and we ended up purchasing a different brand. We received quality service from him, the gal at the counter (I'm assuming his wife), and the tech that loaded the mower for us. The tech took the time to explain maintenance and operation and what to expect. Homegrown business owners are a different breed (straight shooters) and this is why I love dealing with them. They understand the area and are not afraid to give you the good, bad, and the ugly based on their years of experience of their products and clientele. I highly recommend these folks unless you're easily offended, otherwise buy the box store junk from a person trained to tell you want you want to hear. After using the equipment for quite some time, we are super satisfied with the brand he recommended!!

PLEASE READ--Terrible customer service and absurdly long wait time. I took a less than year old…read moresnowblower in to be looked at because it was not starting. Two days later received a call that the carburetor needed to be replaced and the part had to be ordered and would then be replaced. After hearing nothing for two weeks I called to check the status and was told the part was back ordered and would not even be in until the next week; I was frustrated but understood. Another two weeks later after hearing nothing--no update, no courtesy call, nothing, I called again to check on the status and am told the part is still delayed and wouldn't even come in for another two weeks. At this point I stated that I would be in that afternoon to pick up my snowblower and take my business elsewhere. BUT MIRACULOUSLY about two hours after making that statement I received a call from Saville's telling me that my part had come in that day and that it would fixed and I could pick my snowblower up the next day. Upon paying for and picking up my snowblower the next day I was told how lucky it was that my part just happened to come in. To add to their top notch customer service, when I pulled around to the side of the building to pick up my snowblower, the worker brought it out, turned around and went back inside without saying a word or making so much as eye contact, leaving myself and the person I came with who is over 60 years old to lift the snowblower ourselves into the truck we came with. I will NEVER give them any of my business again and highly encourage anyone reading this to do the same, ANYONE but Saville's would be better to deal with.
