I lost my transponder key and fob for my vehicle. That left me stranded with no way to start the car. I went to the dealership and was told I would have to have my vehicle towed there in order for them to help. I imagined a $500-1000 service bill has I done that so w went to Yelp. In desperation I began calling all local locksmiths who advertised automotive. I do want to say that most were operating a limited staff because of the Covid thing, so maybe they were just covered up. The first who called back said it would be over a week before they could come out. Too long, next? Then Chue called from Locksmith Disciples and said "yes, I can do it at the vehicle. " Music to my ears. That was about 1PM, and Chue said he would meet me about 7PM. Good enough for me! I met Chue, who is a young, hard working family guy making his way through life. I called Locksmith Disciples to have my locks rekeyed at a new home after previously calling a different locksmith (Rapid Key) for the same job when they didn't show repeatedly for appointments and were very sketchy and evasive when I asked them for a price quote. Chue from Locksmith Disciples on the other hand showed up at the exact time we scheduled, got all my locks rekeyed in 10 minutes, and even offered to fix my lock which was put in upside down by the previous owner. I lost the key to my Toyota and did not have a spare. Locksmith Disciples saved me from having to tow it to a dealership and the rate was so much lower than a dealership would charge for both a remote and spare key. The owner, Chuefeng responded promptly and I was able to get same day service at my house on a Saturday. It only took about 30 minutes for him to cut the new keys.
