Pretty fast quick and responsive , I was locked out of my apartment for two hours with my kid with our groceries and needed a locksmith. The locksmith came pretty fast within 15 minutes or less and unlock my door in 10 minutes. I couldn't believe it. He did. It literally less than 10 minutes and I was in the house free. He explained to me that it looks like my lock had been fondled with And that it was broken he was going to replace it but I told him because it's an apartment. I think it's a law that you can get in trouble for changing it without the apartment complex knowledge so we didn't do it but I was charged 150. I wouldn't say that's the best value since he did it in 10 minutes but I would've understand if he actually replaced my lock. If I allowed him I probably would've got the price.
