Jose EXCEEDED my expectations. Knowledge, integrity. Asked me if my car key I asked him to duplicate worked the door locks well just by visually inspection of the key. When I told him it was rough, instead of duplicating the key, he removed a door cylinder, then created a PERFECT key from the stamped numeric door cylinder. We had to have our house rebuilt after a fire. Contractor used same make and model of door knobs, but each one had a different key. So I had Unlockit Locksmith come and rekey them all to use a single key. The communications with Lisa were all smooth and professional. She called to tell us when the tech would be onsite. He arrived right on time. He quickly got to work after verifying with me what doors he would be working on. He was done much quicker than I expected.
