We moved into our first house and of course uncovered a series of issues. As we had workers come in and out the latch on the door started sticking to the point where it couldn't even be opened from the outside. Mika was super responsive and came out a couple days later. A main metal piece of the knob had fully cracked in two. He first made it so the door was usable and suggested we reach out to the manufacturer.
