Andreas was friendly and helpful - took one look at the key, glued it together so he could laser cut a copy, and it was $20 all together. My SO will be going back for a second copy - just in case. They had door handles, padlocks, and several different makes and models of car keys on the walls. Nelson Air Concepts is a household name in our family for about 10 years now.  Nelson (Sr.) started…read moreout as someone who my mom called to remedy her AC problems and he would be show up as promised. And when her AC finally bit the dust, my mom shopped around for several quotes.  And naturally, she found that Nelson provided the most honest and practical advise.  As a result, Nelson replaced my mother's AC.  He moved the old unit from the attic, where no one could ever access it, down to a closet that is easily accessible for my tiny mother.  Over the years, Nelson not only took care of my mother's unit, but also my sister's and eventually my unit.  He and his son are busy people. What I appreciate the most is that when I call, even if they don't answer, they return my call everytime shortly after.  Nelson Sr. arrives as promised. He is easy to talk to and he will tell you what the problem is, the remedy and the cost.  After a hurricane passed several years ago, with the power going on and off, it caused for something inside the AC to short and burn. Smoke was everywhere in my house and we were absolutely terrified.  I called Nelson Sr and despite the weather and the aftermath debris of the hurricane, he drove all the way down to Homestead a few hours later and was able to replace the part that burned.  We had our air back in no time. He educated me and informed me that the AC I have did not come with the original house because the unit is far too small, therefore it is having to work double time to cool the house. He made recommendations and assured me that whenever I am ready for an upgrade, that he will be there to walk me through every step of the way. Now, whenever someone ask me "do you know an AC guy?" I am confident to say "I do!" and I am happy to recommend Nelson.

Someone decided to break into my Chevy truck only to steal the keys to my hitch lock…read more Yay!!!!! (Sarcastic tone). Needless to say I couldn't take off the hitch cover that I had on my truck, I tried to order a second set of keys from the company I bought the hitch cover from but not all keys are the same apparently. Yay!!!! (Again sarcastic). I was driving down Miller when I noticed the locksmith sign over on my right hand side, I pulled over and went inside and the very friendly and attentive young lady told me that she would call me as the locksmith was out at the moment. She did call me and said that the locksmith had arrived and I jumped in my car and went right over. He took off my lock hitch and my problem got solved in a matter of five minutes. Very friendly and very well priced locksmith company. I highly recommend! Yay!!!! They fixed it! (Truly happy now!)
