I know this review is very late but I wanted to review it anyway. My sister accidentally broke her key off in her door she had no other key and no way to get to work. She was short on funds and time. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name but he came out and met my sister at 5 p.m. and promptly made her a new key. 1993 F250 with completely lost keys (still cant find them lol) they responded with 20-30 minutes all the way to Sparks. He evaluated the situation and the fact that he didn't have the parts for the job, and replaced them all with much newer more modern locks (both doors AND ignition) and two keys to match. Working outside in the rain from approx 9pm-12am to make sure I was good to go for work in the morning. All the keys and locks functioned as expected but because it was not the 'perfect' parts there was a small issue with them. That is important because when I brought the issue to him, he went and acquired the perfect parts, came back to my home after work the next day, and replaced both doors and gave me even NEWER keys than the original upgrade. Overall this business cares about its customers, and will consider the factors that maybe even you do not, in order to give you the best experience for the time and money. I called Locksmith775 because of its glowing reviews and was not disappointed! I needed 3 doors re-keyed and 4 doors installed with new keyed entry doorknobs, and Ben was extremely efficient at doing all of this. The installations went seamlessly and he even fixed the way some of the locks sat in the door frame so that it would be easier to unlock, free of charge! On top of the great job he did, Ben was also extremely kind and sincere, even offering me some cold water after noticing my house was empty due to me moving in still. I bought a home with many different keys for all the doors and most had only one key. Ben was out within 40 minutes of my call and after seeing what I wanted was able to rekey the five doors in on building in two hours and also put on two striker plates. He also rekeyed two other doors but had to order a special key for one of the locks.
