Any time you are locked out of home or car, it's stressful and you need someone to respond FAST. EZ IN responds immediately via several websites, texts, or phone calls. The guys who have come out were seasoned locksmiths. When locked out of the house, my phone was inside and all I had was my ipad to access the internet. I was able to message back and forth and schedule a tech via the Yelp website. A guy came out within an hour or so. The owner, Brad, is knowledgeable and helpful and keeps the rates really reasonable. The Subaru dealership at one point told me that it would be $1200 and my car might need to be towed to the dealership. Ummmm, not an option. EZ IN ordered the key fob and programmed it for $250.

I have nothing but great things to say…read more I lost my key fob in the snow and they came out, spent a lot of time trying to get a new one configured, ended up needing to order one so they gave me a spare in the mean time. While they were here, I realized my battery was dead and he spent 20 minutes giving me a jump. Yes, the key cost me $300 - which included the key itself, them being mobile and coming to ME, plus labor. Very reasonable for a Dodge Charger. New key was ready in a week! These guys will be my go-to for any future key issues I have (knock on wood.) Don't let the poor reviews sway you, service is amazing.
