Excellent service and pricing, will definitely be coming back for future locksmith needs! I had a blank key fob that I bought on amazon cut here... only charged $20 where other places I called were charging $45-$125 to do the same thing! Started off great, had the whole house re keyed. We had a problem with one of the locks, needed to be replaced. Said he would order the parts and would give me a return call to install the new lock. 4 weeks no return call. I called Viking and I could tell they were not sure what I was talking about, They will have the Tech call me back when he gets in from his calls for the day???? No return call 2 weeks later, I Call Viking, Again same answer, I will have the Tech call you. NO RETURN CALL STILL. I get the hint, Ive moved on to a reliable co. Gordan was very helpful and determined to get me back into my living quarters. He spent the better part of an hour working on my lock and door to finally get inside and work the problem from their. Service Date: December 2010 Service Used: Lock replacement & Lock-out Summary: My wife and I used Viking lock to replace all locks in a home we just purchased. The service was quick and extremely affordable. The locksmith, Mike, seemed extremely trustworthy and was very friendly and professional during his visit. Mike also dropped what he was doing a few days later and returned to let us in after we'd locked ourselves out accidentally in the middle of winter (and the charge was very minimal). These gentlemen are amazing! Less then 48 hours before I was suppose to fly out internationally, I found out my safe, that contained my passport, wouldn't open. I called Viking first thing in the morning and they said to drive over and they would help me right away. Within a few minutes, they were able to get my safe open and saved my trip. I called Viking Locks when my front door lock broke; they were professional and quick and great about communicating when they were coming. After much effort trying to fix it, we determined it was shot; they found a lock that matched the finish of mine at their shop and it was no more than what I would have paid at Home Depot...and he delivered it to me and installed it.
