The review left by a tenant Michael T. was completely erroneous and spiteful. I have used Eric on my personal residence and two of my commercial buildings. He has been invaluable for me regarding keys and security. He was contracted for one of my condominiums. After changing all locks and keys to high security (several thousands) you bet I dispersed them with each tenant signing for possession of the key and stating that any broken or lost key would cost tenant $100 to replace. These are special keys that cannot be duplicated. No web site can reproduce the key. This tenant was simply disgruntled because somehow jamming the key he broke it in the lock. Eric came the same day I called to look at a broken lock. My house was built in the 1970's and still had the original, easy-to-pick locks. It was resumed past time to upgrade! Within 2 hours, Eric and his assistant had replaced all four locks with high quality, matching key locks. He advised us to only put a deadbolt between the garage and kitchen, as we had locked ourselves out more than once. Go elsewhere for push-to-start key fob replacements. I called for a quote and he quoted me HIGHER than the dealership. Either their prices are extremely high or he tried to take advantage of the fact that I had zero keys for my car and was in a bind. $350 for one key! The dealership wasn't even that high for one, and most other locksmiths quoted me $375 to $400 for TWO keys. I'm sure they are great, and get the job done, but no one wants to pay for a missing key, let alone pay more than necessary. read more

I called them and they quoted $95.00 for a house call. They came and fixed they lock by jiggling the key that was stuck in they lock. They charged me $150.00, for 2 minutes of "labor". When I have an electrician or plumber and they quote a house call figure, that usually includes the first hour. Not these people. Happy about their work, but unhappy about the way they quote a job.
