The kindest, nicest guy, (even nice to my pets), totally honest, highly experienced, efficient, came an hour after I called him. My front door lock had gotten loose and janky over the years. I was considering putting a new door handle/lock assembly on my front door but he took my lock apart, tightened everything, placed DW40, reassembled and it works like new! He said I don't need a new one right now and this one will last quite a while a while. He also made me a new spare key. He only charged me $125 which I think was a great price.
