I hired Magic Lock and Key for the first time today and I can tell you Rafi is worth all the 5 star reviews on Yelp! He is awesome! The kindest, nicest guy, (even nice to my pets), totally honest, highly experienced, efficient, came an hour after I called him. My front door lock had gotten loose and janky over the years. I was considering putting a new door handle/lock assembly on my front door but he took my lock apart, tightened everything, placed DW40, reassembled and it works like new! He said I don't need a new one right now and this one will last quite a while a while. He also made me a new spare key. He only charged me $125 which I think was a great price. I needed some help with our front door as the latch was not "catching" when we would close the door, which only was happening during times of hot weather, and we were afraid it had something to do with the door frame. Rafi replied within only a few minutes of my service request, and within a couple of hours he was here, and was able to fix the issue in about 10 minutes. He also noticed our power knob/lock was loose and tightened that, as well as a knob on our bathroom door that was loose. He was friendly, and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the work, which is always appreciated. He gave us an initial cost at the time of his reply, and that's what he charged when he was done with the work.
