Great Customer Service.Clean, well kept storage grounds. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

A bit pricey but I feel safe storing my belongings here, never had any problems and I've been storing here for years. It is gated with security cameras and a curfew. That being said the only inconvenience is when you're coming back from a trip, go to put your trailer away and it's past 10:00 so the gates won't open. I understand it's for security though so I can't complain too much. Maybe if we could call ahead and get a one-night code to use for when we are arriving past 10:00 as I live in an apartment and don't want my stuff stolen if I have to park my trailer in the parking lot overnight. read more

Sent in tenant information last week. They sent me the lease. Took 3 business days to review the lease before signing. They emailed and called letting us know we owed them money. When inquiring on why they stated they put the lease into the system and that's the date we are charged with. I explained that I hadn't returned it until today and they stated it does not matter. We must pay from the date they sent us the lease. Do not request anything unless you are ready to sign a lease or they will charge you. read more

I used to love this storage and the owners until my last visit. The old owners that I knew that were so sweet and had great customer service and love for their customers are gone and they sold the business to a new group. This is no longer a local business. The manager lady does not know how to handle problems properly. She sent me to walk a half mile in the blistering sun to sweep out the storage unit that she told me I need to sweep out after I was moving out my storage unit. When I walked up there the unit did not need swept whatsoever... it was a really long walk and after I have moved 24 200 pound boxes that was in my storage so I was not happy. So I asked to talk to the lady who was the manager that checked The unit herself and said that I needed to sweep it out. When I get back to the front desk I asked her why did she make me sweep out the storage unit because there was nothing inside to sweep out and it was a long walk and she didn't even offer me a ride on the golf cart that they have on the property. (She sure did use that golf cart to drive up there to check that unit but she made me walk back up there) and then she pulled out a paper and said that Bi can't track I had to sweep the floor whether it was dirty or not! Not to mention this place is way overpriced!!! Please just go to U-Haul storage it will be way better for you and the employees at the U-Haul or actually trained professionals at their job because they are a nationwide franchise I'm like this little store here. Here is the good part. I told her I know the older owners and I am disappointed that she treats her customers this way after paying $250 a month for the storage. I told her she could have gave me a ride on that golf cart because it was so far and so hot but she told me that I need to stop talking. Then she demanded that I shut my mouth. And then she told me she is calling the police on me for threatening her. At that time I told the lady to please print my confirmation so I could sign it and leave. She continued to call the police and said she was going to get me in trouble. I told her that I'm just leaving and that I trust they will do the right thing and not cheat my money since I couldn't sign the confirmation paper. Even after collecting my $250 a month for the storage unit and after I have successfully moved out of the unit and even cleaned it out she denied my code access to exit the gate so I was locked inside her storage unit property at the mercy of this manager lady. She decided that I could not leave because I made her mad and she wanted to falsely call the police on a customer that has been using his storage center for two years out of the last three. Can you believe that! I am so grateful that the maintenance man open the gate so I could leave because there's no telling if I could have actually gotten into trouble from this lady telling lies to the local police department! Who wants to pay top dollar to keep your things in a place where the employees who work there I will try and do something like this to you. Not to mention these people went up on the price after they bought this place. And they are so cheap they do not even provide refreshments like the original owners of this place did. They used to have a mini fridge with water and sodas and a little snacks coffee And tea... I really miss the old owners of this place and the employees that used to work here... but they are long gone now and so is one of their customers...me!!! read more

These people have no respect for their customers or their customer's belongings. During the recent floods, my building was flooded. I know that is not the fault of the business, but they didn't have the courtesy to call and let me know. So, for a month, my belongings sat in water and molded...in a climate controlled building!!! Then the employee there has the balls to lie and tell me that he had called everyone. With today's cell phone technology, there are records of everything...and I can say without a doubt that he DIDN'T call me. These people don't care about you!!! They only care about collecting money from you...which I have been paying for over a year, but now I think that I will pay it to someone else. The maintenance person that was there told me that numerous people agree with me and have moved their belongings, also. If you are looking to store your belongings, I suggest that you look elsewhere... read more
