EXCELLENT service! Yuri was able to schedule a moving service in very short notice and kept me informed up front of rates and status of service. The crew led by Angel called on the time they had told they would be calling, and showed up at the time they said they would be showing up. Once there, zero slacking! The three men crew were careful, courteous and quick. The time they took for packing the stuff, moving it to the next location and reinstalling it was impressive and the price was right. Granted: we also tried to make things as easy for them too; no TVs, no valuables, all the fragile stuff was already packaged prior to their arrival. I recommend their service to everyone! read more

Great communication up front and they arrived on the day of the service at the agreed upon time (with a courtesy "heads up" phone call that they were on their way). One thing I really liked was they pointed out any issues with any of my furniture so that I was aware of it. Lots of attention to detail, which I appreciated. I used the Yelp bidding service to find a moving company to move me from a small one bedroom condo to a large two bedroom apartment within Houston. I chose the Flores moving company because they provided the most information up front and there was no guessing regarding the price and services provided. I spoke with Yuri around a week before my move and got scheduled for a Saturday morning. My appointment window was between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. and they arrived around 7:30 a.m., which I appreciated! They got my items wrapped and loaded quickly. I had not moved in over 10 years and forgot that I did NOT need to wrap my wall hangings and other electronics. ‍ There were three young men, including one of the owners (Carlos?) and I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to move me. Unfortunately, I was moving to a two-bedroom that had a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the front door, so they were not able to pull up to my building which resulted in a longer unload, but of course this was not their fault. The leasing office in the new apartment complex did not open until 10:00 a.m. The movers started loading around 8am, drove 40mins, and arrived at my new complex at 10: 00 a.m.. They patiently waited for me to side additional paperwork, get my keys, and let them in (this is the only part of the move that I was the most stressed about because my new apartment complex was unorganized and did not communicate well). Nevertheless, the movers were able to get in and unload quickly. I especially loved that they took down AND put together my 4 poster pillar, solid wood, canopy wrought iron, queen bed, with the serta mattress and adjustable base!!!! I also appreciated them asking me where to put items, instead of just dumping all the boxes in the living room like most moving companies (and I've used more than six)! I made sure to pack and label my boxes appropriately (e.g., bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) and they went out of their way to put the boxes where they belonged. They were fast, professional, courteous, and very mindful of my fragile boxes and valuables. I would use this company again and again. Ten (10) stars for Flores moving company! I was completely satisfied with the Flores Moving Company during my recent move! The company provided excellent communication from start to finish. I received a call reminder call 24 hours before the move, and an additional reminder call from them 45-60minutes before arrival. The 4-man crew arrived on time and began working immediately. The team worked non-stop while on the clock for the 7-hour move! They handled our items delicately (e.g., shrinkwrap and considerate placement on the truck) and impressively removed two 65lb wrought-iron mirrors from 22-foot walls. If I could give them a 10 star review I would! These guys disassembled my furniture, wrapped it and moved my apt so quickly, made a stop to empty out a packed full storage building. Their huge truck was packed full I don't know how they made it fit but they did! They then unloaded at my house then went to another location to pick up a living room set for me. LATE! Delivery men do not speak a lick of English and the owner is very rude and deceptive. Drivers took their time to delivery. 1 bedroom apartment move to another apartment which is 1 minute away took 4.5 hours! This is not my first time using movers. STAY AWAY. Impressed with the constant communication and movers arrived at storage before 8am when I had prepared myself to wait in the hour window 8-9am. I felt they needed additional help with 6 men. We paid 2500 for a house. Not worth it and slow service. Never again. The best experience with movers ever! With the help of Flores Moving Company, I moved from a 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) to a similar one on the 1st floor in another part of Houston. Before that, I did an analysis of the reviews for 15 movers listed on Yelp, requested quotations, and Flores was at the top of the chart. We exchanged texts with Yuri and set a date and time. 8:00am of the agreed day, 3 people arrived in a truck, made a quick reconnaissance and started wrapping stuffs immediately. After 5 hours of continuous hard work, the last box was brought into the apartment at a new address. Not a single scratch, not a single broken or lost item. The guys were very polite and friendly. I really wish I could recommend them becasue the guys worked hard to move our boxes and furniture. However, they broke our TV stand (we had to ask them to take it away because it was no longer functional ) and play kitchen. They also threw small items in a "carton box" on a rolling cart and damaged my favorite lamp shade cover. The truck they drove showed a different moving company's name so it made me wonder maybe they had outsourced the service?? Anyway, we still tipped the movers but had to say I was dissappointed and felt they did not deliver the quality service as per their positive reviews on Yelp. read more
