I would recommend thinking twice before using this place. When you pay $160+ for a groom on a husky you expect to get your money's worth. Only did 1 hour and 5 minutes. Our dog came back with wet fur/paws/legs/underbelly and cut his tail under his belly and feet. You can not do a complete grooming pet grooming in an hour. Instead of charging the normal fee they took it upon themselves to charge us $187.20 which will be taking this up with the bank. When we asked Valeria to dry him more she said no we are done. Very disappointed with their services. When we tried to get our card back from the card reader Valeria yanked it back and then tried to claim we touched her. I am sure the intentions were good as it seems they are just getting this business started, but our experience with them was the worst I have ever had with a groomer. We had our two dogs groomed by them and our first one was completely terrified and botched as I later came to realize she had cuts all over her from their horrible job. Her face on both sides, her ear, and her bum had cuts. The razor must have been hot and they completely shaved her almost down to the skin and destroyed what they thought was a "schnauzer cut" Our second dog came in looking pretty good until we saw bright red BLOOD on her behind. They literally sliced her anus with the blade and when we asked what happened calmly they said maybe she "scraped it when she fell on one of the stairs getting out of the bus." They took zero responsibility for the horrible job and said they didn't know what happened. Completely irresponsible and it seems they have zero training in grooming/dealing with blades that can get very hot while grooming. read more

This was my first time using a mobile grooming service and I can't express enough how convenient it was! My dog is a mini golden doodle about 23 lbs and has thick curly hair, grooming became unmanageable and Javier did a wonderful job! My dog came back hair a little shorter than I wanted, but I understood that he was very matted. He shaped his face and ears that he almost looked like he was a puppy again. And I absolutely love how they trimmed his tail - like a little feather duster :D. Super cute. He came back feeling so soft and smelled so good too. We love our mobile grooming-mobile, Locky's. Having them come to you is such a wonderful service! Each groomer has been awesome & always professional. When they ran late, they texted details. When on the way, another update was sent. Our dog is "Extra Large" & costs more than chihuahuas, but that is a given! They clean his ears, keep his nails trimmed, make him so soft, all 125 pounds. They send a video showing him being bathed, then take photos of him when all done! He was wearing a hot pink tie when they brought him back inside & he smelled SO good!!! (He smelled a bit skunky going in! I wish he would stop befriending them!) So, treat your pet! Give them a "spa day or hour" & you will be so happy you did!
