In fact, I would avoid doing business with Capobianco's Florist based on my experience. On Feb 13th I called into the shop to cancel a online order placed earlier that week. After not receiving my credit, I called back on Wednesday, Feb 18th and was told it would be taken care of. On Tuesday, Feb 24th I called a third time to find out why I still had not received my credit. Normally it takes 1-2 days to receive a credit on a credit card transaction. Yet 11 days later and I still do not have my refund. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute this credit card transaction. What a complete disaster.
