When installation day arrived, I received helpful notifications letting me know exactly when the team would show up. Zach White and Logan Mossman arrived right on time, and both of them were so polite and thoughtful. They slipped on boot covers the moment they walked in and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. I asked that the HALO ION-6 be installed on the main line so the whole house would benefit, and they understood immediately why that mattered. They also worked with me on how the gas line should be routed, and they handled every detail exactly as I requested. Their workmanship was truly impressive--clean, tidy, and so well-organized. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Even better, they kept the mood light and fun, singing along to "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)" while they worked, which made the whole experience feel surprisingly enjoyable. When they discovered that the repairs required only a slight tightening of the connector, they only charged me for the service fee. They didn't try to make up fake issues to drive up the cost of the bill, like some other plumbers might. They are extremely professional, honest, friendly, efficient and just genuine people.
