Callier Thompson had renovated one of our 2nd floor bathrooms almost a decade earlier. I was more than surprised to hear they would send a foreman out to investigate the source of the leak. Matthew arrived to discover that after years of use a small area in the grout had deteriorated to allow water through. He cane several times to repair the grout, removed and replaced the damaged area of the ceiling re-sanded and repainted.....all done free for us! You don't find that kind of support often these days. I left a detailed message and have not received a reply as of 18 hours later. I called twice and noticed that while they were not "open", they prominently advised callers of an "emergency" number where presumably you pay emergency service pricing. In short they did not respond to my call so I got no service. I don't have good feelings about this place.
