I do recommend booking in advance since their head spa is very popular specifically for the hair growth treatment. You definitely will leave feeling relaxed with a clean scalp. My hair also always feels smooth and shiny after. They do get cancellations, so keep checking online or call to check availability. Lastly, the staff is very friendly.

After my first visit in April, I had a root touch-up and trim with Laurin. Overall, I was really happy with the cut and color. However, I left the salon with hair color stained on my forehead, which wasn't great because I had a couple errands to run on my way home. I mentioned it to Laurin, and she apologized, said it would come off in a few days and that toothpaste could help remove it faster. She also said she'd make a note so it wouldn't happen again next time. Unfortunately, at my appointment on June 22, it happened again. This time, there was enough color on my skin that I was wiping it off with a napkin while still sitting in the chair. Even so, I later discovered additional staining on my forehead, ears, and neck when I got home. What disappoints me most is that I shared this feedback in the text message I received after my appointment and haven't heard from anyone since. Honestly, that's the part that surprised me. Mistakes happen, but after it happened a second time--especially after we had already discussed it during my first visit--I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment or follow-up. I almost didn't bother writing this review because the whole thing has been such a bummer. I'm only leaving it here as information for anyone who might find it helpful.

I had an event at noon, so I purposely booked the first appointment of the day because I knew doing my hair myself would take forever. As soon as I got there, the energy felt off. Everyone seemed kind of scattered. Around 8:20, they finally told me my stylist had called out sick and they were trying to find someone to come in. I even asked if I should just reschedule, but they said no, they had someone coming. I finally got in the chair at 9am. I was pissed, but at that point it was too late to go home and start doing my own hair. Luckily, my hair turned out PERFECT. Exactly what I wanted. So I figured it was just a bad morning and decided to go back. Fast forward to Monday. I had another event and booked a 1:45 appointment. At 1:20, I got a voicemail saying they were running behind and would see me at 2. Fine. I still got there at 1:45 and figured I'd just hang out in the AC. I wasn't taken back until 2:20. Normally I wouldn't be that annoyed, but after my first experience, I was already reeling. Then my hair was done and I looked like a poodle. Straight on top and huge and puffy on the bottom. I was already running late, so I just left. I live ONE MILE away. By the time I got home, my hair was completely straight. Not a curl left. I had to recurl my entire head myself before my event. So yeah... I won't be back. Two appointments, two major delays, and the second time I ended up having to redo my own hair anyway. Unfortunately, the other reviews are true.

During the process, the heat felt extremely high, and my hair felt damaged afterward. To make matters even worse I also had extensions installed by the owner, Odette, and the process was very concerning. There was excessive glue used, which spread throughout my hair and was difficult to remove Which caused a lot of my hair to fall out! I had to come back to have it fixed, and the replacement hair I purchased at the salon was poor quality, including pieces with a plastic backing. The beaded weft installation was very uncomfortable the beads were tightened so much that my scalp was extremely sore and even started bleeding. The entire process took around six hours to install 2 rows (which takes normally 1 hr to complete) while multiple other clients were being handled at the same time, which felt rushed and unprofessional. Overall, this experience left my hair and scalp in worse condition, and I would not recommend this salon. This place should honestly be closed down.

I have very long, thick hair, and Dustin always follows exactly how much I want taken off while adding the perfect amount of layers. I really struggled to find a place to get a blowout for my curly hair. Every place that came up on Yelp and Google Maps either had horrible reviews, or it was some Dry Bar/other chain equivalent which are always bad at estimating time and consistently result in a frizzed out and rushed blow out. I found Glam Seamless after a long LONG online search and decided to take a risk and try them out because they mentioned blow outs even though they specialize in extensions. Their location is STUNNING. It's a quiet, tucked away oasis on a side street that's just to the side of the usual chaos on Sunset Blvd. Parking is pretty hard so don't make my mistake and make sure to allot at least 10 min. to find a spot before your appointment. Asia did a really wonderful job. She was detail-oriented and really took her time with my hair instead of rushing. I especially appreciate her commitment to helping me look and feel great before a big presentation I had that next morning (my whole reason for getting the blow out).
