Ann Taylor Loft is one of my fave stores. I love their styles and their sales. The Loft Outlet is similar -- but oh so not the same. However, I am a fan of this store, as every time I come here, I buy multiple items. If you're coming here to locate regular Loft merchandise at deep reductions, you won't find them. The styles are not the same. Slacks may be cut slightly differently; shorts are not the same as what you'd find in their retail stores. Move past that, though, and you'll find some great buys -- if you look. I would always come to Loft Outlet looking for work clothes when I was working; now that I've retired I was on the hunt for more casual tops. Found just the styles that I wanted, as they're dressy/casual looking without looking like I am about to paint the house or dig up the garden. Prices are excellent, too. Search in the clearance section for items that are out of season (sweaters during the summer, for instance) and you can find some TRUE deals. Sales staff is always very helpful, particularly if you're looking for an item in your size that's not on the floor. Don't be afraid to ask, as I was informed that there is additional stock available -- so don't assume if it's not out, it's not available. You may just hit the jackpot! read more

My friends who are flight attendants, hairstylists, doctors, nurses, or anyone else who doesn't have to have a work wardrobe, I am jealous of you. I like most have to have "work clothes" and finding good quality suits, and business attire, can break the bank. I had heard about the Ann Taylor outlet out in Cypress, and decided to head out there for some shopping, and savings. I was super excited to find out that during the Labor Day sale they had 60 percent off certain things, and 40 percent off the entire store. I bought two pair of their classic wide legged slacks, some cute cardigans, a great tweed shift dress, classic blue and white pinstriped shirt, earrings, a hounds tooth scarf, and dark green satin shirt, total cost -under $300. In any regular Ann Taylor store, you would have only gotten about three of those items. Great deals, great selection of regular and petite sizes, and some great fall clothes. This place has cute and non-trashy outfits to wear to work. I work in an industry that is extremely conservative with attire and Ann Taylor is one of my solutions to adhering to industry clothing standards while being comfortable and stylish without having to look like a nun. Since this location is in the Houston Premium Outlet Mall they will typically have better prices and sales going on. It's totally worth the trip there! read more

Loved this store! I happened to come to the outlets on a day that there was torrential downpour rain, so as you can imagine, kept popping in to different stores. Ann Taylor loft immediately caught my eye from the window because of their colorful outfit prints in the windows. I managed to find two really cute dresses while I was there, and had assistance from an employee who set up a dressing room while I shopped. The clothing was sectioned off by styles and prints, and was very organized, compared to other stores I visited. I was sad to find that they no longer sell shoes, because I was hoping to find a complete outfit. I would definitely still visit the store next season though! read more

This place is good for work clothes but that's about it. The sales are good at this location but you have to search thru racks and racks of clothing to find things in your size. I bought a pair of Black pointy flats from here and they are just the worst. They're uncomfortable, tight and give my feet blisters every time I wear them. Not a big fan of their shoes. read more

I am a teacher and i always shop here. i bought several pieces of clothing here a couple of days ago. when i got home i wasnt crazy about them. of course instead of using my loft credit card which i will now cancel i used my debit card. that means they took my money out right than. i did not use it as a crdit card. i was told they don't give cash back. their receipt states same payment type issued as a refund. i totally understand, but i did not use it as a credit which would take days to come out of my account. now i have to wait days to get my money back, but they had no problem taking it out right than and there. i asked for a corporate number and i was giving a 1800 number which was to the online purcahses and they told me to go back to the store they could not help me. as much money as i spend in here and as my teacher frineds i will never shop here again due to the customer service. read more
