We visited for the first time on Small Business Saturday and were greeted upon entering. The store was busy and there is soooo much to look at and I'm not just talking about the items for sale. The decor is beautiful and feels extremely welcoming. There is a Santa in his sleigh with reindeer hanging from the ceiling, a collection of vintage ornaments behind the register area, and an altar where you can leave a prayer request or pick one to take and pray for that person. They carry apparel, home decor, devotionals, jewelry, and much more. This will be one of my new go to stores for gift giving ideas. We walked around for awhile and found some clothes to try on. Both my daughters and I found tops that were flattering and modest. The staff was friendly and checkout was efficient. We even shared an amusing moment during the checkout process in regards to one of the items I purchased. Also, I'm not sure if it was a promotion for Small Business Saturday but when we arrived home and put our items away, we noticed a surprise; they had placed a scarf inside the bag. The shop is small but well organized and the young lady who took care of my girlfriend was very nice and accommodating. Since we we were walking at the park I left my wallet in the car so we had to go back to pick it up. The young lady was nice enough to hold the earrings until we made it back. The fitting rooms were well-maintained and all of the clothes have been cleaned out of them. I made a visit this past Wednesday for a product exchange of a dress that I had on hold. There were…read more2 ladies working there one was behind the counter and the other was actively vacuuming the floors in the fitting room. Neither of them greeted me or acknowledged me. Though both of the ladies saw me and looked at me neither spoke. This visit was very much a 360 degree difference from the warm welcoming that I received from the location in the Mall at Millenia. This was my very first time visiting this location and I probably won't be back because I expect better treatment in luxury shopping settings. I had them holding a tank dress for me in my preferred size and they were kind enough to hold it for 2 days because the first day I was unable to make it due to inclement weather, so appreciated that. It wasn't until I stood in line that someone spoke to me mind you I browsed the clearance section for quite a few minutes even stood next to lady who was once vacuuming and still nothing however she was the same person who completed my exchange and they were not busy at all.
