The shoe section we clean and orderly. My wife talked with the shoe guy (sorry did not get his name) but he asked her about what kind of support she needed. He made a few suggestions and offered to get her a pair of each to try on. While she was testing the shoes out he gave her some space to just allow her to get a feel for herself. He then stopped back and said "once your down to your two favorites, put one on each foot and test them side-by-side that way". Great suggestion but again not pushing. She picked a pair and although they were expensive, we tend to keep shoes for a long time so $150 seems worth it! Like the way they helped us and would go back again!

Sure, Nike has a big store here, but most of their shoes are still $60 and up with no real discount pricing. Here at the Adidas Outlet, customers get a 40% discount off the marked (already reduced) price. We found a few pairs we liked which were marked at $59 or $79, which is about the standard department or sporting goods store price, but the signage said they'd charge 40% less than that at checkout. We walked out of here with 2 pairs of shoes for about the same cost as a single pair at most any retail store. How can one give a business with prices like that only 1 or 2 stars? This store had a wide selection of footwear with several rows of racks for both men and women, but I didn't see at least some of Adidas' most recent styles represented. IMO, the pricing on their t-shirts and clothing items wasn't nearly as attractive as the pricing on their shoes.

She said the inside of the shoe was dirty which clearly it was not since it was only tried on with white socks for size. I simply asked her what difference would it make if I came back and just went to the next person who would take them back. She rudely responded, "Who are you telling me what I can or can't do?"
