I went to this store to return a Robe that I purchased offline . My bank is currently frozen due to…read morefraudulent activities. The store manager, dEIRDRE Jefferson was " helping me " . She quickly processed the robe before I got a chance to let her know about my situation that I probably will not get my money back through the bank and I asked if I can have cash back instead. Her response was " it's early in the morning and they don't have cash " (even though that it was 12:30 in the afternoon) I was trying to reason with Ms. Jefferson and possibly giving me back my robe. It is possible to void the return . So I can get my Robe back . I was given a customer service number to call instead. I was trying to explain myself how I do not feel comfortable leaving a $212 purchase and not having money in return for it . I'm understandably upset but Ms. Jefferson overreacted yelling at me on the top of her lungs telling me she " owns the store" even though she's just a store manager... it escalated from there she was leaning over the counter screaming at me literally on the top of her lungs and I was telling Ms. Jefferson that I do not like the way she's yelling at me and I will call the police. On my way out of the store she made a disgusting comment about my mother. I told her that my mom is dead. She replied " she deserves to die and so do you " . This is the most disgusting person I could ever meet to really wish upon death to a perfect stranger . I am so emotionally distraught I have contacted every phone number for UGG. I created a Twitter account while I was at this Tanger outlet mall and I made a video about what happened right after this incident occurred.
