Two register associates saw me standing and with no hello, decided to tend to the couple on the other side of the register that they knew was approached the register after me. Now the couple stated I was there first but the young lady walked away and said well the other register girl will get them. First I'm not a them and you saw me standing there first. The couple offered me to go but by then it was clear the ladies at the register had no intention of helping me. Instead of buying the jeans I liked I was forced to just walk away. I told the lady that helped me when searching for the right jeans that they were lovely jeans by the associates at the register were so extremely rude. However, this somehow is one of the last actual outlets in the plaza. I was disappointed that there wasn't more, but I was happy to be able to stop in here and pick up a few things. I have become that person that if I stumble upon a Columbia that I want a shirt that correlates to the state/area the store is in. I guess that means I collect Columbia shirts now. I did find a few here for Pennsylvania. I grabbed the typical PA shirt and one specifically for Gettysburg. I also did a bit of browsing. I knew I was going to need a reliable winter coat as my last one was already done and I had gotten it not even a year ago. I knew what I wanted and they had more than enough of a selection. With the old owner…read morethe store was always low in stock and the feeling you got when you walked in was always dark and depressing. I actually had stopped going there. NOW, The atmosphere is so fresh and upbeat. It's a breath of fresh air walking into the store and all employees are kind, respectful and helpful. Even the store manager jumps in and helps. Prices are great and you can always find a sale. The store is fully stocked at all times and if there is something they do not have all you have to do is ask and they will be sure to order it. I've had some health issues this past year that has made it difficult to walk. I need shoes that stay on my feet (flip flops and no back shoes are a no). Sadly I love these shoes and the owner has made it a point to keep watch of shoes that will fit what I need and keep them in stock.
