I finally purchased a condo so moved out of my beloved apartment at Loftin Place. My past two reviews really share how great an experience I had living there. I've upped the stars back to 5 because they seem to have gotten the fire alarms under control and that was my only issue. It truly was an amazing apartment experience and I found the entire leasing office to be professional and really kind to me. I was also professional and kind to them, so like attracts like. I will truly miss the maintenance team, especially Jonathan. He is a talent is fixing all things! Thank you to Shana, John and Sunni in the leasing office. Every time I had to contact you regarding something you were there for me. My biggest tip is to try to get a unit facing the intracoastal. The view is just stunning, especially the higher floor. If you're in search of city living, this is a great start unless you require a ton of space. As far as amenities and a life designed for convenience, this place is solid. The security is tight, one needs a swipes or call codes for both the garage pad and the double door entrance. There are Amazon lockers in the garage speaking to my soul as a frequent shopper and a large mailroom once you enter as well as a concierge desk. I didn't see anyone manning it, but it was Saturday afternoon. The rooftop is SO nice! There's a track around the perimeter. As a runner, this too speaks to my soul. Also, there are hammocks, corn hole, a ping pong table and other fun games. Party time! I didn't have an opportunity to check out the pool so I can't speak to its excellence or lack thereof. I did see one of the 1/1 units and it was a very nice layout with plenty of sunlight. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Have shown interest in this apartment complex for 6 months, coming to tour the facility and tracking the prices (they change everyday) on the website. The office staff is no help - requested a quote good for 48hrs and John could not accommodate that: "find it on the website" "do it yourself", did not walk me through the application nor move in details : they changed what is included with rent on Nov 22: water is extra, no parking spot included that's extra, mailroom/packages are extra.. every chance they have to charge you for something they will. If you are looking for a place to feel welcomed and taken care of THIS IS NOT IT, don't waste your time. read more

There was a stabbing here last week. Blood on the inside of a door, an elevator and in stair wells. Loftin has told people in the building someone cut their hand to cover up the incident. So I'll let it be known and repeat that there was a STABBING in the building by someone associated with a tenant. Last night my car (along with another car) was broken into. Windows smashed in the loftin parking garage. The doors into the garage were unlocked. This is after the same thing happened no more than a few months ago to different residents. Loftin is accepting no responsibility and told me I'we can't control what other people do'. I believe there are safer buildings close by who will take care of their residents. Way overpriced for what is given. read more

Nice place to live. Main elevator Didn't work 6 months of living there, but out of mgmt control. Couldn't get deliveries to your appt door because the building is very confusing for delivery drivers to get to. Gym is good, no stair stepper. Pool is nice but you lose the sun after about 2:30/3:00. Smells like dog feces whenever you leave the building, that's probs my biggest downfall! I love dogs, don't have one, but it's gross. Condition and cleanliness of this apartment complex has gone downhill sharply. Due to the inability of this apartment complex to handle maintenance and pest issues, an ant infestation that started on a lower floor spread into my bathroom. The issues with ants likely started from there being garbage left for days on end outside of the garbage area. Shortly before I left, there had to be emails sent from management advising that trash should not be left in the hallways. That should provide some insight as to the tenants you will be sharing this building with, and the overall condition. I always kept my apartment impeccably clean, and the infestation of ants was through no fault of my own, which was evidenced by the fact that there were no ants in my kitchen or anywhere else other than the bathroom. Day after day, I had to kill over 30 ants in the bathroom each day. Somedays, there would be over 100 ants. Despite the amount of ants, I was provided with no rent reduction whatsoever, but they had the nerve to send a letter from an attorney disputing that there were ants. Yup, someone who pays their rent on time each month is making up a story about ants to try to save a few dollars on rent. I guess the ants in the pictures below are a figment of my imagination. Any reasonable place would have provided some reduction to a tenant dealing with this amount of ants, and that would have been acceptable to me. Also, if you are living here, hopefully you really like dogs, because you will get to hear the relaxing sound of dogs barking in your apartment from other apartments. The walls are paper thin. The only positives I can think of are that there are nice people working at the front desk, like John, who was very nice and professional whenever I spoke with him. I also felt that it was safe overall, however, there were several times where fire alarms were pulled at night by people or caused by vaping near the fire alarms. You can read other reviews I have left, to see how positive I am about reviewing other businesses, so you will know that I am not someone who just leaves negative reviews for no reason. I would have given 2 stars, possibly 3 if the prices for this place were at all reasonable for what you are getting, but that is not the case here. For the price, this place deserves 1 star, and I would recommend that you look at other places before signing a lease here. read more

The pool is a high-end tropical garden absolutely amazing also there is a roof top tennis court the gym has everything you will need as well as weekly classes. Also there is a very nice coffee machine that is you get your choice of espresso, latte or cappuccino the staff actually cares and is really great to deal with location is perfect right next to downtown on the water close to everything. My wife and I were there for over two years and never had an issue with security or cleanliness the building is amazing it's like living in a high-end hotel. 5 Stars read more

I have loved living here, great management and staff, amazing amenities, and social gatherings. I have to say though now through the covid 19 crisis they have been amazing ..,we have balcony fitness classes, zoom game nights, and possibly painting class. This is an honest review. I moved up to West Palm Beach from Miami a few months ago and I've been living in a temporary place until I found the right spot. I have very high standards so I concentrated my apartment search on new construction. I looked at 4 new rental buildings in the area. I found that they all had the same common elements: they all nickel and dimed you to death. Fees everywhere, fees for everything. And every amenity felt like it was ale-carte. The refrigerators were the same standard cheap freezer on top and fridge on the bottom with no ice maker or water dispensers on the door. The kitchen cabinets were all cheap and looked flimsy. None of the 4 buildings had a covered parking garage. A friend recommended I check out Loftin Place. I was expecting the same standard cookie cutter construction and amenities. To my surprise this was no ordinary building. The lobby and common areas are spectacular. There was a parking garage. The units are incredibly built. I'm happy to see a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser on the door. Great detail went into the construction of these units you can see it on the details on every door with n the apartment. I was very happy to see that you were not nickel and dimed as I felt in other apartment buildings I went to see. I was very very very impressed so much so that the next day I signed the lease and cannot wait to move in. Special recognition goes to Rosa. I literally spent three hours the first day and then I came back the next day with questions, to measure and trying to decide the best unit for me. I was excited about my new home and she was the best. She was patient, friendly and very informative. read more

I can describe this place in 2 words: Overpriced Dorm! This building used to be very nice, full of young professionals and new families. Now it is an overpriced dorm, full of dogs that are allowed to urinate in the hallways, garage and throughout the perimeter of the building. The hallway carpets are now badly stained and need to be replaced and the garage overflows with garbage so when you go to dispose of your own trash, you have to watch out for roaches everywhere. The pool is nice esthetically, but recently some of the residents had a drunken party until 2 am, urinating in the pool and making noise all night. All the management company did (the 3rd management company they've had) was send residents an email. The pool was never cleaned. Also the fire alarm is constantly being pulled; but last week there was an actual small fire in on me of the apartments; hope you don't get that one if you decide to rent here. It used to be a really nice building, but it definitely isn't anymore. It's gross and extremely overpriced. If you want a truly luxury experience, you will have to look elsewhere. read more

Hi, i hate doing this and like u see this is my first and only review, but i have to say my problem. Loftin place close all amenities because covid 19, and thats ok, that lasted full 3 months. My lease was 7 months, so, 3 out of 7 everything in the building was closed. They laid off all employees, for them to save money, and thats ok as well, its a business, but, here is the problem, i rent an over priced place because all amenities, and they close them all, it is not their foult,but its not mine as well. When my lease was over, i didnt pay april and may yet,2 full months, so, they took my deposit, added extra charge for cleaning, painting, and something else,dont know what.So, since march 25th, i got laid off work as well, didnt get unemployment, and i ask them to talk about proposal and deferals or what ever. I made proposal, and since march 25th NO ONE ever replay back to me. May 31, i was out, my lease was over, still no replay on propisal or a pfone call from main office...BUT...i got the bill, every day in last week, that my bill its final, still, no pfone call or email from them. I will go to the court if i have to, but i am not going to pay full amount on building with nothing in it for almost half of my lease. BE AWARE IF ANY ONE RENT FROM LOFTIN PLACE NOW, be sure that if second wave of covid 19 happened, and they close all amenities again....be sure that they will try to charge u full amounts. Because for them thats ok, layed off ppl, dont spend money on salaries, and charge full rent. Make profit from corona virus. SHAME OF U. all the best for front desk when everything was in order, but good people are recognized in deficult times and the owners who ever they are, are money hungry ppl.And this is bad time for everyone. Loftin will get their money, from tenants or goverment, i will probably spend more money in court, and i dont care for that, but i will not pay them the bill that they keep sending every day. read more

This is beautiful, modern resort style living in the heart of West Palm Beach. The service is excellent and when you rent an apartment, it is all about the service. Rosa was our leasing agent and she was very accommodating throughout the process to both my husband and I. Mallory was also great too. We stopped in when it happened to be Rosa's day off andMallory quickly picked up where we left off and gave my husband and I a tour. There is rooftop tennis, and the pool is exceptional. The apartments have all of the best construction and design. We would highly recommend Loftin Place! read more

From the moment my fiancé and I moved into Loftin Place, they made things extremely difficult. We were put into an unfortunate roommate position, where our roommate moved out without paying what she owed us and without signing the proper paperwork and turning in her keys. In more words, the staff basically told us that there's nothing they can do and we have to figure it out on our own. We finally got the keys back thankfully after a long struggle and arranged to have a new roommate move in. Our new roommate signed all paper work, was given keys, and his phone number was entered into the system so he could buzz guests in. We then find out via email that our new roommate needs to "Vacate the Property Immediately" since our ex roommate had not signed the paper to get herself removed from our lease. (This person was intentionally not signing it to "Make Our Lives More Difficult") and Loftin Place did nothing! My fiancé and I could not afford the apartment on our own, they were not allowing us to get a roommate, and they were not allowing us to terminate our lease, so they gave us no options! It wasn't until I got a lawyer involved that we finally got her signature and Loftin allowed our new roommate to stay. (He was already completely moved in and they new that!) Aside from that ridiculous situation, people smoke in the pool area and Loftin does nothing, they bring dogs into the pool area and Loftin does nothing so it smells like pee, there is dog poop in the hallways, sometimes left for days, the stairwells smell like pee, the package delivery system only works half the time, the bike lock area is crowded with bikes that haven't been touched in years with flat tires and spider webs on them even though Loftin made residents fill out a bike info sheet and sent in pictures of their bikes so they could clean out the area (my fiance and I are the only ones that did it, I know because they gave usu stickers to put on our bikes so they'd know not to remove them but ours were the only ones with stickers and they never removed the others that are just in there taking up space. Loftin makes rules (ex. No parking in guest parking or you will be towed) that nobody follows, there was a car there for a full month and they did nothing, I know that because it was my ex roommates car that she left there after she moved out as it was not working. And then out of the blue they will tow a bunch of cars. That happened only once even though they kept emailing that they would enforce the rule, after that, everyone went back to parking in guest parking and they did nothing about it. After we were finally able to move out, they send us a move out statement saying we owe $1234.27 on top of our deposit, claiming there is smoke damage in the master bedroom which cannot be possible as nobody that ever lived in the apartment smoked, and that there is damage to the floors, which was there when we moved in and we added to the move-in existing damages sheet. Save yourself a serious headache and a lot of money and DO NOT move in here! read more

I had to do a very complicated move from NYC to West Palm Beach. I have received nothing but excellent service from the whole staff, with a special shout out to Mallory in leasing and Tony in maintenance. I am also very happy with my apartment and all the amenities. It's a brand new building, so things are opening in phases, but the staff does a great job of keeping us informed. Mallory Rabor (Leasing Manager) has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assist me in this process. She sent pictures, called me numerous times, and took the time to personally assist me over the phone when my iPhone technology did not like theirs.
