The third party company they use "CON-SERVICE" is a joke. Oceanside and ConService like to point finger at each other and at the end of the day, nothing will be explained or resolved. My flooring had glue leaks, water damage from the unit above me and multiple over charge water utilities when I was away for work and not even home. Yet they seem to always find an excuse or brush the issue off. Gate is never working, so kids are always using the club house, people housing more then they can fit and cars are being broken into. It took three managements teams to finally come to me to try to resolve the issue. The crazy part was that they wanted to give me $200 to sign basically an NDA and have the owner and the property management team not at fault for any of the issues. Its not worth the headache to pay the prices they are asking. They will offer you 2700 for a two bedroom for you to find out two months after you moved in that they are now renting it out for 2100. They play games and are not looking at your beat interest.

Here's what has changed: - Management has stepped up social programs like outdoor yoga and other activities. - Once or twice a month we have food trucks in our parking lot, always a nice alternative to cooking! - Occasionally we have resident appreciation parties - Holiday parties and free present wrappjng station, a really nice touch. - I now have my own enclosed garage, yes it costs extra but not always available at other apartment complexes. On the downside, in the middle of the week, a two day fire alarm test took place, I had to find somewhere else to work. I wasn't happy. They said it was a city fire Marshall thing but while we were warned in advance, it was not fun. Maintenance is all over this place, everything is clean and beautiful. It's almost not worth buying a property when you consider how much taxes, HOA and insurance costs; right on the water. It's still a wonderful place to live and I give Aura my second five star rating!

I've been living at the view now for 2 years and was only looking around to see if we could find something bigger or get certain upgrades. After consistent bad reviews place after place and nightmare stories from tenants we've decided to happily stay here even if we're not getting some of the things we looked forward to. Regardless of it all, living here has been amazing in a lot of ways. Some being that it has just enough amenities and community to feel homey or that every time something broke or wasn't working maintenance was there in under 24 hours with a solution. The leasing staff as well as maintenance is nice, accommodating, friendly and most importantly super helpful to everything we've needed. Parking is mostly easy. Plus they maintain everything very well like the pool, gym and landscaping (+ more) I really don't have any complaints or problems here.

The property has been well maintained for the most part, although the trash situation has definitely become more of an issue lately. In my opinion, a lot of that comes down to residents. Parents should stop sending their kids to take out the trash unsupervised, and everyone should do their part instead of being lazy. Keeping the community clean is a shared responsibility. My biggest concern is the lack of communication from upper management. As a renter trying to get information about my rental balance, when the issue wasn't no fault of mine, it was frustrating not being able to get clear answers. If it weren't for Emma and Rona, I probably would have been much more upset with the experience. They were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I'm not sure what's going on with upper management, but thankfully Emma and Rona are holding things together. They deserve recognition for the excellent customer service they provide.

The leasing people are always very friendly and helpful. You're walking distance to Lake Worth Beach and right on the strip of the Lake Worth bars, which is fun if you have friends in town. The pool area is so nice to relax, the gym has everything you really need. Theres a workout class if you do class pass you can walk to. The apartment it's self is definitely builder grade but it's expected. Not a ton of space to store stuff but I made it work. I would definitely live here for a few years if I had the option to. I would say it's a bit on the pricier side but I think it's been worth the money I've paid.

Granted, it was great and spacious, but since I have bad knees and hips, it was no longer convenient for me to walk up and down three floors every day. We were looking at other places when Sophia told us about a 2 BR/2 BT 1st floor apartment facing the lake... she saved us! We love our apartment! To have the view of the lake when you wake up in the morning just puts you in the right frame of mind. My dogs love it, too! Since there's a bush in front of the living room window, they are not bothered that much by the people passing by. I swear they barked more when we were in the townhouse. I also want to commend the maintenance team; their response time is very fast! When we have an issue, such as plumbing or whatnot, it's usually less than 24 hours between putting the request in and someone coming to check on the issue. Ivan is quick, and he is also very friendly to our dogs. He will let you know what the problem is right away. We find this community peaceful, despite having a major road (Congress Ave.) so close by. It feels hidden away from the busy street and is quite tranquil. We hope to stay here for many years to come.
