You don't know what great eyelash extensions are until you've seen Shannon! She is professional, gentle and truly knows her field. She used adhesive on my lashes that did not burn and saved the clumped mess I had on from the previous place. She had so many options and patiently answered my questions and concerns. Found this business through trip advisor and a coupon they had. Made my first appointment, which Shannons assistant first asked me a day before to change because Shannon had someone reschedule. Then a second time the next day she asked if I could just come in earlier because she was "too tired" (I couldn't I was in school in ashland and had to drop my kids in medford). She told me that was totally fine. Wish I could include the screenshots of texts in this. Maybe I can in the comments. Anyway, the way that transpired I thought was pretty unprofessional. You should know your limits and book yourself accordingly. Shannon flat out admitted to me that she was "so tired she could barely see" at which time I said I could just come back sometime that week but she told me to just stay because she had another appointment after me anyway! But I looked past this all because I know shit happens sometimes. She was nice enough during the session, talking me through it, being patient with me since I'm a first timer but at the end she told me that I could come in sometime that week for a complimentary fill if I wanted them more full because she was so tired. At the end of the appointment I presented her the coupon (which I had first texted her about and she said she would accept). This is where I think the first problems on her side came about. I don't think she remembered I had a coupon and maybe didn't appreciate that I used it either because her countenance changed dramatically. I looked past it, because she was "tired". I texted a few days later to make a full appointment, even expressing that I hope she had got some rest and was feeling better at this time. Her assistant texted me with an appointment time. Few days later, her assistant texts to cancel the appointment because Shannon didn't have her product (glue im assuming). So I rescheduled. This whole time I had set an appt for the 5th. Two days before my wedding and stressed to her assistant (nicely) the importance of that appointment because I was nervous it would be rescheduled especially with it being right before my wedding. Her assistant assured me that appointment wouldn't be rescheduled. Yesterday I get a text from Shannon along the lines of, "I regret to inform you that I cannot keep your appointment and can't service you anymore because you have no regard for my wellbeing, time, and my product". So now here I am a week before my wedding appointment cancelled. I'm NOT a mean person, I even took a whole day to think about writing this review. The only reason I'm writing this is because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I understand life circumstances. But when you run a business it is your responsibility to make sure you don't overextend yourself and you can service your clients in the most professional way possible. Through each appointment Shannon talked about how much she overextends herself and how she does 14 hour days and is tired she can barely see. Shannon is a nice enough person from what I can tell, I assume these extenuating circumstances have caused her to have some incongruence with her normal persona, but I don't believe that affords an excuse. I was in no way pushy, mean, or entitled. I rescheduled when I could, told the assistant when I couldn't (and was told it was "totally fine if I couldn't reschedule") and even checked up on shannons wellbeing barely knowing her as a person. She does a fine job, as far as I can tell these being my first extensions and her salon is adorable and peaceful. I'm sad to write this but it may prove valuable to others who have time restrictive events they would want professionalism shown in. read more

I had paid in advance for services to be done by Katie at The Brow Parlour and she has not shown up for two of my scheduled appointments. She took 4 months to respond to texts in order to schedule appointments that she didn't even bother to stay around for. I am disappointed both in the quality of service and lack of professionalism. read more

I got a wild hair and decided to get lash extensions. My first appointments were with Aimee. She was very nice, but never explained the process or options available. She had no idea about the contract option Shannon offered and seemed upset when I brought it up. On my next appointment Aimee was no longer there. Shannon contacted me and let me know and gave me the option to cancel or she would fit me in. I have to say, the difference between the two is phenomenal. With Aimee it felt like sticks poking into my eye lids. With Shannon it feels like my own lashes. A true pro who makes sure your experience is wonderful and you walk out beautiful. read more

I hate writing bad reviews, but i wish someone would have warned me. The lashes were not a proper length that my own lashes could support, they felt synthetic & heavy & fell off a day later. Multiple lashes were attached and there were glue clumps on my lashes and lid. Lash glue is not intended to EVER touch the skin! These things are common sense & a major hazard! I gave her another chance to make this disaster right and i walked out with classic lashes when i asked for volume. When confronted about this issue she told me she was out of the volume lashes. So i paid for a service i did not get, twice. I ended up having to go to Esther at En V Salon in Grants Pass (whom is amazing btw) she removed all my lashes and attempted to fix the damage but my lashes were so short and all broken off i had to let them grow out, which they finally did. Please don't make the same mistake i did. read more

Shannon is THE best. She went above and beyond for me and made sure I was comfortable and knew the procedure throughout the entire lash lift. The first time I went in, my lashes were very resistant to the treatment since they are extremely straight. I was still happy that they had slightly lifted, but not as much as I had hoped for. Shannon could see they weren't as lifted as I had wanted and she insisted I come back the next week to let my lashes rest and do the procedure one more time. I got exactly what I had hoped for at no extra charge the very next time I went in! She didn't give up and made sure I got what I exactly what I wanted. Went in for eyelash extensions,very first time of having them so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I walked in I was surprised to see the beds you lie on for your service are out in the open of everyone including the waiting room, not very comfortable in my opinion. When I was finished I was told I could walk over to the mirror and look .I didn't want to be rude so I pretended to like them but they looked as if they were not finished, they only went to the middle of my eyes and stopped. I requested volume and full like strip lashes. That's not what I saw in the mirror and when I got out to the car my outer corner lashes were glued to my top lashes. I also had chunks of white glue.I made a appointment with someone else to have them fixed but they were not fixable they had to be removed because they were placed on the skin of my eyelids instead of on my lashes!! If you are considering going here you should think twice because I paid 150.00 for botched eyelash extensions!! Thankfully I found someone else that knows what they are doing and now have beautiful lashes.. read more

I have referred at least 3 people since meeting her and she has gone far and beyond to please everyone. one time sticks out for sure when I had a family emergency and cried my lashes out...she made a special visit last minute before I had to fly out of town and made me look amazing. she is so generous with her time and her energy is contagious.
