I understand that results can vary from person to person, but when a provider has documented that a treatment isn't producing any results, I would expect them to stand behind their service and work toward a fair resolution. Instead, I was told they would not issue any refund for the unused treatments. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to make things right was just as disappointing as the ineffective treatment itself. I spent a significant amount of money and was left with no results and no meaningful resolution. I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before committing to a treatment package here.

Zadi is SO awesome! This was my first time to ever do threading. I have always opted for waxing. Kind of when you stick to something you stick with it, for years. I knew of threading and have seen great results from my gfs but never tried it. When I first got in, the salon is cozy, colorful and rich in culture. There was an array of mints, chocolates and mandarin oranges. It was perfect! There were touches of a vintage telephone, magazines, and cozy couches. She greeted me with the warmest hello and immediately we talked like I've seen her before. She made me feel welcome, comfortable and definitely not stuffy. We talked while she worked her magic, jammed out to her awesome music mix, and gabbed about skin care and my interest in going to school for esthetics's. Then, in about 10 minutes she showed me her masterpiece. Once a horrific site, to me, of almost looking a bit "yetti-ish" to perfectly shaped brows. She saved my day! She filled in my eyebrows with the universal brow pen (I HIGHLY suggest buying it!) and taught me how to do it on myself. I guarantee you will never find another place that is not overly commercialized, warm customer service, and a more detailed strong woman who is a leader in this industry. Highly recommended and I already made another appointment for when I need to go back. No more waxing for this girl! PS: the pain was 0, and I have no breakouts whereas wax the pain is terrible but manageable, and I broke out all the time. Hope this helps! read more

This review is long overdue - Zadi is downright awesome. She knows her shit when it comes to skin and hair removal AND is a honest, funny, humble, intelligent and all over fantastic human being. I had been waxing for years and never experienced sugaring until I was recommended to Zadi. Sugaring is SO much gentler on the skin. It doesn't hurt less than waxing but there is no bumbs, no redness and no stickiness after the appointment. I have had multiple Brazilians and 1/2 leg sugaring sessions. I have had some threading as well (eyebrow) and think it's a great art and very effective, the result is similar to waxing but again - no skin irritation. The only reason I still wax my eyebrows is I didn't like the little hairs falling on my face during the process. If you're looking for a waxing alternative or need skincare advice check this woman out!!! read more

If I could give 100 stars I would! Zadi is the nicest, caring, bad ass woman I know! She has helped not only my eyebrows but with my cystic acne as well. When I first came to see Zadi I was super nervous about threading since I was a die hard eyebrow waxer who recently had a bad wax experience and knew I needed a change. Zadi came into the picture and completely changed the game of hair removal. She made me feel comfortable and told me how it would feel and what to do after I'm threaded. I was hooked on threading after that. I can't rave enough about her enough since she is awesome and even though it may seem like a far drive to get to her, you will not regret it. I had about given up on my hopes of finding someone in SD that knew how to do a great job threading eyebrows... until I came here, that is! Zadi designed my perfect eyebrow shape with her sweethread! Seriously. I couldn't be any happier! I also got a bikini wax - and I intend to keep coming back here. Perfect doesn't even begin to describe the experience. And while I was doing this, my cousin had her legs sugared next door... (I'm coming back for that!) she was nervous about having it done (she's not a waxer and was worried about the pain) but a cold adult beverage (it was a hot day) kept her fear in check. I was able to use one of them today. This was my 2nd time in going to her and it's been 3 years since the last time I had her service. Let's just say, first impression lasts! If you've never been to her services, she is located inside a dental office. Her directions how to get there is precise since it's a little confusing with the navigation map. Once you find the dental office, you come in and with the new guidelines, you need to wear a mask and put some hand sanitizer. The dental office ladies are very welcoming as they let Irina know you're there. Since it's been awhile when I had my facial with her, I had to fill out a client form plus some forms about COVID. Then, it was time for the facial which Ali was allowed to have my mask off. The pictures here in Yelp is still exactly the same (her purple room). She even showed me today what wipes she used to sanitize in between the appointments today. Irina was wearing a mask, face shield and gloves. My appt was at 12:30pm and we got started at 12:40pm. As seen on her website, "Fabulously customized to suit your special needs, perfect for first time spa user . This complete facial includes a deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, light extractions and ultrasonic skin spatula , high frequency. Followed by a custom masque and face, neck and shoulder massage. This is an enjoyble and relaxing facial with skin care benefits.", Irina followed exactly what she stated. I've been discouraged with my last facials as they were afraid of doing extractions on my face. Irina is the only one that does something after face extractions so your open pores won't get infected. We finished to the hour at 1:40pm. I can't wait to go back on my next appointment in August and hopefully I can pay the extra money so I could experience her back facial services.
