I've been wanting to micro my brows for years. Looked at so many different Yelp/Instagram local reviews of people who do this service and I came across Sarah. She spent about 45 minutes getting to know me and going over my dream brows. Then spent another 45 drawing them on exactly how I wanted them. She wouldn't start until we were both completely set on how they looked. The blading process was not painful at all in my opinion. A little uncomfortable at the end but nothing crazy. After she was finished I couldn't believe how real the strokes looked! I was in the mirror all night staring at them. I had come to Sarah based off the reviews I have seen and I hope I can relay the same message to those who are looking to get their brows micro-bladed. Sarah is very responsive and provides a form with all information you need for aftercare prior to the meeting so you are able to come with questions if needed. During the first process, Sarah took me step-by-step and thoroughly talked me through everything she will do and explained her methodology. The first round, Sarah does not put numbing cream on to know how much pressure to apply to your skin. Then she puts numbing cream on and completes the process. She assures you that this will look very dark at first and patchy as it scabs and peels off. Don't worry! This is normal. After a few weeks, I could see my eyebrows coming in and looked so natural! If you had any questions, Sarah was a text away. I booked my appointment within the next 6-7 weeks as recommended for my complementary touch-up. Sarah listened to what I noticed in my eyebrows and went to work with my feedback in mind. She makes sure that you are happy with your eyebrows before you leave. Pain level all in all is tolerable (especially with the numbing cream) but expect a little discomfort and stinging. I could not be happier with my micro-blading experience and how my eyebrows turned out! I received so many compliments and it is SO much easier to wake up and not have to draw my eyebrows in. 100% will recommend Sarah to friends and those looking to get enhanced brows. read more

I had been wanting to get my eyebrows microblading since I first started seeing this procedure on her Instagram page around May 2016. I was OBSESSED with all the before/after pics she kept posting of her clients and was totally mesmerized by the quality of work she was able to do on them. I got a free consultation - but realized it was something I couldn't afford at that moment. However after months of wishing, hoping & dreaming...my tax refund came earlier this year & I was able to book my appointment with her! Yes - it's a little pricey, but trust me - you do NOT want to go cheap when it comes to basically tattooing your FACE! And eyebrows are something people see and pay attention to, you want to pay for damn good work - and with Sarah is where it's at! Coincidentally enough, the appointment we booked on May 5, 2017 - was a year almost to the DAY from my initial consultation with her last year. So funny! During my visit, which was about 2 hours or so - Sarah was extremely detailed, and thoughtful...and meticulous with her measurements, linework and making sure I was happy with the outline she had. During the procedure - she started microblading on the outline first, then put on the numbing cream - and let that sit in while starting the other brow outline...then filling in the rest on both. There was a little pain during the outline, thankfully the numbing cream really helped with that. While she was creating the inner 'hairstrokes', she mentioned it would feel like what velcro sounds like - and it did, haha! After she finished, we gave it a look and I decided I like mine to seem a bit fuller (rather than seeing each 'hairstroke' individually...so she did some additional 'shadowing' to fill them in more. For the next 10 days - I couldn't workout...yes that's hard if you're active like me...and I'm a group fitness coach, so it was extremely hard for me - but I wasn't willing to risk the color bleeding or fading due to the salt content in our sweat, which will adversely affect the quality of your pigmentation. No thank you! So I held off...I kept them clean and away from sweat & water (yes, you can't WASH your face...so I used makeup remover wipes or a lightly dampened washcloth - it's doable!) Once they scabbed...DON'T ITCH or touch them...let them be and heal naturally. The color will fade after the scabbing goes away...so expect that - I was warned of that as well so I knew what would happen. Exactly 6 weeks later I had my touch-up appt (free/included in the full price), which we scheduled at the end of my initial appt. Sarah was seriously impressed with the retention and how well they looked...so upkeep and being mindful of taking care of them during the first 10-14 days is SUPER DUPER IMPORTANT and worth your time! We fixed a few spots I had noticed during the last 6 wks...so we went back & forth, getting them just right and how I liked them. She is extremely patient and wants only the BEST brow work for you! I then went through another 10 day healing process...no biggie this time as I knew what to expect. If you completely & utterly HATE your brows as much as I did....over-plucked, uneven, too light of hair, little to no arch, etc....this is an absolutely amazing investment on yourself. And it's worth every penny, not to mention how much TIME I save every single day not having to fill in my eyebrows anymore. I can now get super sweaty and wipe my face at the gym and swim freely at the beach or pool without having to worry about my brows "dripping off", LOL Bottom line - Sarah takes extreme pride in her work & has a true, unmatched talent that shouldn't go unnoticed.
