We were ripped off and jerked around as he did not finish the project as promised. Now, months later, it is getting too cold to finish work without damaging materials. Once confronted with the truth, he became belligerent and threatening, demanding more money. Be wary and do your research. Hire this guy at your own peril. We notified our local police and State Police Troop as this guy is a loose cannon and has quite an unsavory record.

Unfortunately, can't remember the guy's name, but he was like a magician -- not only picked all four locks in just a few minutes, but cut free the Thule that a previous owner had permanently attached to the roof rack. He went out of his way to help us out, and what he charged us was embarrassing considering all he did to help us. Could not recommend him more highly.

He temporarily put on a new handle for us. Was scheduled to come back the next day. He called and was able to come over earlier. Very friendly, very professional. Came with his drills and tools. The new holes were drilled and the new lock-set installed. Then he proceeded to tighten up the door, etc. Now it works perfectly. $'s are reasonable for quality work. We highly recommend this company!
