There were 11 in the party. Why didn't the marina call her as soon as they knew the barge was broken and tell her so? They waited for her to arrive after driving 30 miles to tell her. I just sweated a bit pedaling through the wind to get to the Big Dam Bridge! I also got to see the beautiful fall foliage. Again, highly recommend biking to see some of Little Rock's awesome sites and get a taste of nature.
