I paid Dalton RV to handle my title, registration, and licensing paperwork, but they failed to submit everything in a timely manner. They also did not send the money I paid for my registration and title to the appropriate agency. As a result, I was left paying for the registration, title, license, and late fees out of my own pocket. In addition, I purchased a backup camera and a ladder that were supposed to be installed on the RV before delivery. Instead, I waited over a month for the parts to come in. When they finally shipped them to me, the ladder was damaged, the backup camera was the wrong model, and the ladder wasn't even the correct one for my RV. Since then, I've spent countless hours trying to resolve these issues. I've repeatedly called to request a refund and to return the incorrect and damaged items, but my calls have largely gone unanswered. I asked several times to speak with the owner, Levi, but he has never spoken with me directly. When I called about the title and registration issue, I was told he was "indisposed." I asked to hold, but instead my call was disconnected, and afterward my phone number was blocked. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I expected Dalton RV to stand behind their sale and correct their mistakes, but instead I was left with unexpected expenses, damaged and incorrect parts, and virtually no customer service. I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership based on my experience.

We received a call 9 this evening, Josh making threats to my brother-in-law. Stating he wanted us to take down that review from Facebook. We told him no because it was true. Josh then went on to say he was going to get on the post and say we stole tools when we dropped off the truck. Went on to say he knows his route and where he is.
