I decided to use a different Funeral Director and once we receive the body, I can tell that it had not been and bombed professionally. My mother did not look anything like herself, and the Funeral Home held her body an extra two days instead of just transferring it to the new Funeral Director. On top of that, the pricing was different than what was quoted to me and I decided not to use them at all. I would not recommend them , and if you want your loved one to look like they're sleeping and not look like a dead then please don't use this Funeral Home.. I have never been more at ease when dealing with a loss. He was very kind, considerate, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He was very attentive in giving me exactly what I was asking for. He wasn't a salesman trying to make a fast buck, he was just the opposite. He explained in detail what was a necessity and what was a luxury item.
