Very bad experience for our family. Sad when you are trusting someone to help going through the process and they have no answers.

This guy sucks at his job and his attitude is even worse. My mom recently put her house up for sale and signed a 6 month contract, which he did not even provide her a copy of until a month after signing it. And it wasn't even him who provided it, it was his partner. When my mom decided to take the house off the market, he came back saying she would possibly owe him money for taking photos of the house and "all the work he had done," which was hardly anything in my opinion. We had very few showings while the house was on the market and only 2 offers; 1 of which was almost $50,000 LESS than the list price. I was standing right there when she had a conversation with him on speakerphone and he was incredibly rude and condescending. He tried to tell my mom that her house was not even worth the list price and that the offer we got was decent. I would absolutely NOT recommend him for anything, other than losing his realtor license. read more
