Dale never showed for the appointment. We saw his picture, though. He could be David Weekley's great nephew. There was a older woman sitting in the home the central office sent us to. The woman was baffled and had no idea what to do. We could not understand why she was there, as she was worse than no help at all. Her general confusion was profound. She would not call Dale or a person in Authority. It appears David Weekley just sent someone's grandmother in to watch the store. Finally she gave us directions to the model homes. She did not know if they were open or not. We'll never know, because she gave us the wrong directions. I wouldn't mind as much if we had not wasted a Saturday and a six hour drive for uncaring and incompetent sales people.

He was able to set me up with flexMLS which helped me look for potential homes as well as him. That ultimately helped speed the process along as well. He was even able to set me up with Loan agent, Zachary Wain. These two work great together. I was able to close and get the keys as a first time home buyer in 21 days, and realistically, could've even been a few days sooner. I called to schedule an appointment and Dale has to screen all calls, before fixing the issue. I was told he would call me right back, 4 hours later he called, I was not home when he called and he was upset I was not at home waiting for his call. Tried again this week, he called at 245pm Wednesday, said he would call back and nothing. Frankie, Katelynn and Dan are great, the problem is with Dale.

They did low voltage work and work was good. I contracted them to do security system and the install was great. They also did installation of flat screen TV on wall and programming. This is where the train went off the rails. I made the mistake of buying TV and Sound Bar from Best Buy and having Forsight install. Big mistake. I should have purchased TV and Sound Bar from Forsight to ensure proper installation. The two techs mounted TV on wall but failed to properly connect TV and Sound Bar. When they left TV turned completely off. I called the the next day to get another Tech to come out and they did. The tech got the TV to turn back on, but there was still no sound from Sound Bar and TV went out again that afternoon. I was preparing to take TV back, but I called GEEK SQUAD (Due Diligence) and had them come out to take a look at it before I took TV back. Geek Squad came out and could not believe what they saw. The cables were not connected correctly, the previous techs failed to connect proper cables for the Sound Bar, that's why we had no sound. To top it off, Forsight had my TV resolution at 480, when it should have been at 1070. The picture is now outstanding and TV resolution is crisp and clear like showroom at Best Buy. Geek Squad felt so bad about previous install, they did not even charge me for work done. I called Dale at Forsight, but he was in denial. I explained to him I was not looking for compensation but that I just wanted to bring it to his attention for future reference. I even had Geek Squad write out what went wrong in technical terms and I emailed it to Dale at Forsight but he still was in denial and did not want to take ownership of the situation. Here's my take: If you contract with Forsight, buy equipment through them, so there's no speculation or conjecture about installation. If you purchase from Best Buy, use Geek Squad. We remodeled our home two years ago, spending over $100k on Oakcraft cabinets. First, they delivered the wrong color for our bathroom cabinets. Our contractor tried repainting them twice, but the paint chipped immediately. Eventually, he had to take them to the shop for a better finish. After the remodel, we faced issues with kitchen drawer guides. Multiple drawers wouldn't open without force, and despite attempts to fix it, it never worked properly. After multiple visits, the Oakcraft tech suggested we realign the guides ourselves, as necessary. When multiple drawers continued to malfunction, Oakcraft's response was inadequate, dismissive and condescending. Despite my complaints, they insisted the drawers were functioning within "acceptable standards." After numerous unreturned calls to their customer service, I finally spoke to a supervisor who dismissed my concerns. I would strongly advise against choosing Oakcraft for cabinets. Their products and customer service are far below expectations.

We recommend him and would definitely hire him again!
